Bellissima la casetta indipendente … e super la piscina esclusiva per noi, un buen retiro per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina in un’atmosfera di sicuro fascino e charme.
il servizio colazione purtroppo non è più previsto e i proprietari fanno trovare dei cornetti caldi al mattino e poi ci si arrangia con cialde del caffè …ma organizzandosi in po’ si può superare questo piccolo handicap

Posto meraviglioso! Pace e tranquillità assoluta pur essendo vicino a molti luoghi di interesse. La gentilezza e ospitalità di Fabio e della sua famiglia sono superlativi. Speriamo di tornare molto presto

La casetta è immersa nel verde, in una tenuta di campagna, vicino ad una piscina meravigliosa ad uso esclusivo. Ha aria condizionata, un comodo letto e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile. Torneremo di nuovo!
E' stato tutto perfetto. Se posso dare solo un piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe molto utile lasciare agli ospiti un pochino di sale ed olio per cucinare, perché sono alimenti che è difficile portarsi dietro, ma è solo una piccola accortezza. Per il resto, è stato tutto perfetto.

Good location near Orvieto, independent little house with a nice garden, with space for parking. The hosts were nice and gave us many recommendations on where to eat. The rustic decor and the room size are good for two people, we just stayed one night.
Unfortunately, they were not serving breakfast at the time we went, so we couldn't taste the amazing breakfast we read on the reviews. The access to the bedroom is a bit difficult with narrow stairs. We think, for the price paid, the garden could have been cleaner - meaning the chairs, tables and swing. We know it's a place in the countryside, but at least taking the dust and bird poo off the exterior furniture would have been nice.
