The house grounds were stunning! Gorgeous views out on the countryside and Orvieto. The bed was super comfortable and there was also a smart tv that allowed us to log into our Netflix account. No external noises when sleeping which was great. Back garden lit up at night when coming home and a flashlight attached to the keys for more during the night. Great host who also dropped us to the train station the day of our check out which was super lovely.
If travelling by foot, let the owner know as he can guide you on the best way to reach the house as it is situated on a busy road if entering without prior knowledge.

Location was great, easily accessible to town but still able to enjoy the scenery of Umbria. The room itself was exceptional, beautiful antique furniture, freshly cut flowers, and the most comfortable bed. It is one of the few places that is truly better than the photos. Carlo was also very welcoming and offered us great local suggestions. He also had no problem with a late checkout which gave us the ability to explore Lake Bolsena with ease. 11/10 Thank you Carlo!
