Just on the edge of village, lovely pool and setting

The hotel is near the lake and it has private beach.
We got tickets to the pool at Camping village , it was excellent.
Close to Bolsona and Orvieto
Breakfast was good and was served on the hotel terrace.
Free parking
The reception desk representative do not speak English and we had to get around it.
No other facilities on site.

The location is outstanding, beautiful lake view and surroundings, quiet and very clean.
The service was excellent, we arrived after 10pm, the lady at the reception was very kind and so is the staff at the morning.
The hotel itself is a bit outdated, the shower is tiny, very simple room, but very clean. No elevator, you need to carry your laggage up by stairs, although only one floor. Good breakfast, you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Overall we had a very good experience.
