The location was perfect for us. The home is located on a beautiful street and is an easy walk to town or the lake. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was beautifully presented in a lovely dining room where we felt like a king and queen.

Nice and comfortable with appropriate expectations

Very close to both town and water, the place is defintiely interesting - a time-worn palazzo where the lovely owners live in part of the house and rent out the eclectically furnished other rooms to guests. We were comfortable and entertained for our 1 night stay, and enjoyed ourselves. Nice breakfast in very formal setting.

The place is a little bit faded, or shopworn. Everything is there, but it is truly like staying in someone's home. People expecting a true hotel or modern furnishings will be disappointed.

Large room in a beautiful mansion, albeit in dilapidated state. Good breakfast by any Italian standard. Friendly host.

Shower was poor (not enough water pressure), wifi signal very weak.

Charming villa with good location

Wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and delicious breakfast! The property is a lovely old villa about a five minute walk from the lake and beach. The home is filled with beautiful antiques and architectural details! The bathroom was remodeled and clean as a whistle!

The room could have been a bit more updated, and we we there on a very hot day, so air-conditioning would have been nice, but It had a lovely balcony.

É um casarão de época , lindo , muito bem decorado . O entorno é belíssimo . O Alessandro é de uma educação , mesmo não falando inglês , ele procurou ser solicito . O sala de refeições da casa é deslumbrante, de época

A limpeza do banheiro , o sanitário estava com um odor bem forte . Eu mesmo acabei fazendo a assepsia com papel e sabonete líquido .

Het is een belevenis, je waant je in een andere eeuw, maar het comfort is ok. Je moet het doen. Prachtig huis. Heel goed ontbijt in een prachtig salon. In Bolsena kom je tot rust onder andere aan het prachtige meer Bovendien heeft Alessandro ons opgehaald in Orvieto omdat we wegens algemene staking een hele dag onderweg waren vanuit Rome

Grandeur in een b&b op stand

Een b&b in een kleine palazzo in de chiqueste straat van Bolsena - fantastisch. De sfeer van Italiaanse grandeur van vroeger. Ruime hal, ruime kamer, al net zo ruime badkamer. Prima bed. Stille airco. Geen tv. Ontbijt in een zaal waar maar twee stellen tegelijk kunnen ontbijten. Tussen schilderijen en oude meubels. Zwaaien naar de overkant. Goed ontbijt bovendien. Zeer bescheiden eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. Uniek!

Douchen in bad, als je per se iets zoekt.

Soggiorno di coppia fantastico

Essendo amanti dell'arte e della storia del passato è stato come soggiornare in un museo. Colazione ottima e abbondante dal dolce al salato. Host simpatici e cortesi, pronti a raccontare la storia della bellissima villa. La posizione è fantastica a pochi metri dal centro di Bolsena e a pochi metri dalle rive del lago. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Quando si entra nella villa si ha un odore un po' di aria ferma, metterei dei profumi per ambienti qua e la (le stanze al contrario sono profumate).

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon großem Bad. Alles da für einen entspannten Aufebthalt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Frühstück gab es in einem fürstlichen Zimmer. Sehr schmackhafte Konfitüren und alles ausreichend. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und kostenlos. Tolle Lage in Bolsena und ruhig

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal lungolago e dal centro storico di Bolsena. Camera ampia e luminosa con bagno spazioso e doccia multifunzionale. Colazione servita in una splendida sala con meravigliosa apparecchiatura in stile con la villa. Tutto molto bello.

La villa avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale (sopratutto gli infissi) e di cambiare ammorbidente per gli asciugamani!

Ein Super Stopp für unsere Italienrundreise.

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente und hervorragend Lage zum See. Parkplatz direkt an der Villa. Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein super Frühstück mit sehr guten Rühreier vom Besitzer selbst zubereitet. Leckeren Kaffee. Der Raum für unser Frühstück war ein Salonzimmer der Villa mit sehr schöner antiker Ausstattung. Unser Zimmer war groß mit einer anschließenden Terrasse. Fußweg zur Altstadt ca. 10 Minuten.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
