Gorgeous palace with friendly staff! Very close to the city center, too. You’ll feel like royalty here!
The staff was so sweet! Bernardo played guitar while we had breakfast in the sitting room and it was so lovely- we felt like royalty! The palazzo is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. And dinner was just a short walk away to the city center.

If you like a museum, this is the right place for a overnight stay on the Via Francigena in Bolsena. Everything in this place is historic, which we loved. But if you look for modernity, look somewhere else! This place is for lovers of culture.

We loved our stay and wished we had had one more night.
The location was perfect for us. The home is located on a beautiful street and is an easy walk to town or the lake. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was beautifully presented in a lovely dining room where we felt like a king and queen.

Nice and comfortable with appropriate expectations
Very close to both town and water, the place is defintiely interesting - a time-worn palazzo where the lovely owners live in part of the house and rent out the eclectically furnished other rooms to guests. We were comfortable and entertained for our 1 night stay, and enjoyed ourselves. Nice breakfast in very formal setting.
The place is a little bit faded, or shopworn. Everything is there, but it is truly like staying in someone's home. People expecting a true hotel or modern furnishings will be disappointed.

Large room in a beautiful mansion, albeit in dilapidated state. Good breakfast by any Italian standard. Friendly host.
Shower was poor (not enough water pressure), wifi signal very weak.

Charming villa with good location
Wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and delicious breakfast! The property is a lovely old villa about a five minute walk from the lake and beach. The home is filled with beautiful antiques and architectural details! The bathroom was remodeled and clean as a whistle!
The room could have been a bit more updated, and we we there on a very hot day, so air-conditioning would have been nice, but It had a lovely balcony.
