We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building.

It is the most beautiful castle with well appointed rooms with sitting rooms right outside your room. Very atmospheric. The town is on your door step and the best food we have eaten in a month of travelling Italy. The trattoria da picchietto. Love love love it
