Convenient and centrallly located place to stay in Bolsena.

The place had an old charm feel. The host was accommodating and informative. The place was conveniently located

The only think I would suggest is having ventilation fue hot days. There was a fan bout it was inoperable and I wasn’t able to keep open the window to get some cross ventilation

Fine for one night.

The location, host and hygiene were good.

The (separate) bathroom was used by people who weren't supposed to use it. The shower was not really ideal. It was a bath with a loose showerhead and no curtain. The ventilator (which was listed as a room facility) was only available after extra payment (€3,-, because we booked through booking, otherwise more).

Comfortable room, with shared bathroom across the hall. Welcoming host. Good location in the historic centre.

Nothing, but be aware the room is up two flights of stairs which may be an issue for some.

A good place in lower old town Bolsena

The Palazzo was nice but with the old thick stone walls and with the tiled floor never really warm. But we Swiss have different temperature at home. The location was perfect and the owner was very friendly and tried to heat more.

Recommend, nice place, very clean, good owner

Excellent place in the center, very quiet, old but good preserve building. Attentive owner is always available and help to clients with local life questions. You have all need for night stay, except shower, but you have bath (shared). From the roof of the building you have fantastic view of the town.

the owner was extremely kind to us and the room was clean and tidy.

What bothered me was the bed and the pillow, extremely uncomfortable, I felt as if I slept on stones all night. A very good investment in beds and pillows is necessary because this is the most important. For the money paid I expected more. In order to turn on a simple fan, we were asked for another 5 euros, which did not seem fair to me because it should have been included in the accommodation fee.

Clean, good location, great view from terrace.

Great location - easy to get around Bolsena from here - either to the lake or to the castle. Rooms and linens are clean and fresh. Fantastic terrace with view of the lake or of the castle. Head up to the terrace in the evening to watch the sunset with your favorite refreshments.

Stair to the terrace are very tight.

Facilities were fine. Bathroom is new. Nice decor.

In the middle of the night, another guest unlocked and pushed open our bedroom door. This is unacceptable. Check-in was unprofessional.

Central location for a short stay

The shared top terrace was spacious with good view, the location is in centre of old city.

For the price the room was small with a bit of dust, windows in room were small, shared washrooms could be cleaned more frequently.

Don't go there, if you don't have to.

Located in the city centre.

Hostel for hotel price. No breakfast. No parking available, about 200 m to walk. Not worth the money. Next night in a four start hotel near the lake shore for reasonable price. No air condition. Very loud in the evening/night because of bars in front of the house.

Short and sweet stay

The property is located in the heart of the old town. We arrived late and left early in the morning so it was great for what we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The private bathroom was outside of the room, but that wasnt a problem!

Opening the door was a bit tricky but we managed 😄

La pensione si trova in una posizione centrale e lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale.

È abbastanza distante dal parcheggio, non c’è L’ascensore per cui si devono trasportare tutte le valigie a mano per le scale, le camere non sono dotate di climatizzatore per cui d’estate non è molto piacevole, e i bagni hanno creato un po’ di disagio per assenza di una doccia confortevole, assenza di saponi/bagnoschiuma (che abbiamo dovuto richiedere e che, però, ci è stato gentilmente dato)e assenza di phon .

Ottima posizione centrale, letto abbastanza comodo, lavandino in camera comodo, ventolino in dotazione, bel terrazzo comune

Non avere il bagno privato, la serratura della porta era vecchia e scomoda da usare. Inoltre il personale non mi ha risposto in modo molto cortese al telefono a seguito di delucidazioni
