The hotel was lovely. The staff helpful & pleasant.

This has happened several times to us in Italy: we can’t find the places where we want to stay because the signs are small, missing, or covered by plants & trees. It’s very frustrating to drive around & ask people, especially in a city, for assistance when with a little thought & larger signs we could find the hotel ourselves. The only visible sign for the Best Western was the word “HOTEL” in huge letters on the side of the building and a tiny sign we could hardly see when standing right beside it.

Public transport traveller

Very close to main Riello bus station so great for cheap day trips by public transport to Tuscania, Caprarola, Montefiascone etc or to other destinations. Supermarket and shopping centre nearby. About 20 minute walk to Porta Fiorentina or use bus. Clean, modern and comfortable with courteous staff and a room safety deposit box.

A good value really pleasant and easy place to stay with very helpful staff

Very clean and quiet with a spacious room. just outside town but very easy to drive 5 minutes to a free carpark that leads straight into the old town, which is absolutely lovely

Excellent 3 star hotel accommodation with 5 star plus staff

Most wonderful staff at reception & in the restaurant where they serve a great breakfast. All the staff were polite, professional, accommodating & always a smile for you. Basic, but both bedroom & bathroom are a good size with room to move. Ideal location for visiting old town of Viterbo, which is only a few minutes away from here by car. Safe, easy on-site parking for 5 euros a night was also welcome.

when we initally booked this hotel, we had limited expectations as we would be staying for one night the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, big clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff

parking on premises is at extra charge of 5euros per night while you can park your car outside the hotel for free (or if you want in the mall just across the street) seems an overkill to charge for that one

I got the impression that the hotel switched brands recently. Not sure if the somewhat dilapidated building deserves being a Best Western.

The best hotel we stayed in in Italy!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The lady at the counter was so so kind and fluent in english which was refreshing, the room was big, and clean, which was also new to us compared to other hotels that we stayed in around italy, and the price was so low compared to others. breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was that it was fully booked for the next night!

Nothing ❤️ other than Viterbo being almost a ghost town, which has nothing to do with the hotel.

Best Western where they know how to be hospitable

very neat and well organised

next to fruit and bread I would like to see some more vegan. alternatives like soya or oat yoghurt there are a lot of cakes but all have been made with with butter

Very large, clean rooms with excellent air con and wifi. Balcony was a bonus. Good onsite parking possibilites.
