Fantastic

Fantastic. We really appreciated that the host made an early check-in available as we wanted to avoid the afternoon heat. The price we paid was excellent for a room of this size and cleanliness.

My only recommendation would be to communicate with guests from one single phone number. We received messages from four different numbers, for various steps in the process (e.g. one with check-in information; another with the payment request etc.). This is a little confusing and messy. Other than that; great.

Appartamento in posizione centralissima

Ottima posizione al centro di Viterbo, facilmente raggiungibile dai parcheggi situati nelle vicinanze. La camera era accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario (particolare apprezzamento per il diffusore e il topper, indice di attenzione alle esigenze del cliente).

In camera la temperatura era un po' bassa, abbiamo impostato il condizionatore presente sulla modalità calorifero ma non è mai partito nonostante i vari tentativi. Nonostante ciò, il piumone era molto caldo per cui non abbiamo avuto problemi con il clima.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale...camera spaziosa in pieno centro...praticamente nuova, ristrutturazione di altissimo livello, gestita da agenzia specializzata sempre disponibile via WhatsApp x qualsiasi informazione. Davvero una bellissima esperienza.

La struttura è molto pulita e curata e il letto è comodissimo. Lo staff gentilissimo e rispondono a qualsiasi richiesta.

Posizione molto centrale. Struttura moderna, pulitissima e la camera nr.4 molto ampia. Gentile anche l’host.

Soggiorno piacevole con un tocco di lusso

Ambiente molto curato, piacevole e confortevole. Dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione centrale, silenziosa e tranquilla.

Assenza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Bisogna utilizzare le zone a pagamento o fare un po' di strada a piedi per trovare quello gratuito. Nel prezzo non era inclusa una colazione ma dato che abbiamo soggiornato il 23 Agosto e faceva caldo magari una bottiglia d'acqua sarebbe stata molto gradita.

Struttura di recentissima ristrutturazione ben fatta con ottimi materiali e design di gusto. Camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Ubicazione centralissima. Staff cordiale e cosa non di poco conto in b&b pulizia giornaliera. Qualità/prezzo eccellente.
