Stanza un po’ buia, interruttori della luce lontani dalla porta d’ingresso, aria condizionata non funzionante e luci comodino non presenti. Zona rumorosa.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la stanza che prontamente è stato risolto dallo staff che ha operato in modo professionale e impeccabile. Ottima struttura,posizione perfetta.

Camera pulitissima e abbastanza ampia, ben curata e accessoriata. Posizione ottima sia per ciò che riguarda la città di Viterbo, zona di ritrovo ad un passo e soprattutto molto vicina al quartiere San Pellegrino. Vicina anche ai principali parcheggi posti fuori dalla ztl. La disponibilità del personale è superiore alla media.
Volendo sforzarsi di trovare un difetto, manca il portavaligia all'interno della camera e forse la mancanza dell'ascensore a qualcuno potrebbe pesare.
