The location is within the walls and not far from the center. It’s clean and an ideal place for a short stay

It’s hard to figure out the exact property since there is no board to indicate the place. And it would have been nice if a bottle of water was there.

Wonderful location, great room.

Phantastic location. The room was big, clean and stylishly decorated. A feeling of "airiness" came about due to the sheer height - between 5, if not 6 meters at the highest point. The bed was big and comfy. I would give it a straight 10 were it not for the issues described below.

The check-in. As there was no staff present at any point, I arrived without any instructions as to how to use the self-checkin. I had to call the contact number and got instructions via WhatsApp. What if I hadn't had a phone because I lost it, if it was broken or not working for some reason? This process should have been explained PRIOR to arrival. The stairs leading up to the property are *very* steep, and anyone with walking difficulties will find it challenging. Particularly at night it can be quite noisy as the street is busy with people (no cars permitted at night) and frequented by "party goers".

unproffesional, unkind people. Making double reservation without excuse and no money back. They give me another lower room without excuse even I paid for the other. Be careful for the owners. sometimes not hot water is another problem

Clean room but need improvement for communications

Very clean room with enough space

I have to say the stuff was difficult to communicate and her attitude was even bossy. She did not reply to my messages when I needed, but sent direct messages when she needed. I suspect it’s not because of language. This might have been caused by misunderstandings between us, but that made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

I think I know where to book the other time 😌

Firstly and the most important, the communication the lady has, she was available anytime to answer in case of any need. And secondly , I was pleased by the location of the TAG House.

I didn’t like the early noises that came from outside but that wasn’t up to the hotel so, there was nothing else to don’t like.

Solid stay in a central location

Great location, drinking water/sparkling water on tap. Easy check-in process, individual AC unit in each room. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable beds.

A/c unit and sink were leaking. Missing suction cups for shower shelf.

An awesome place with great amenities!

The room has an awesome flair with its wooden beam ceiling. The shower is amazing, the bed super comfy, and there is sparkling water available out of a faucet - to put it simply, it is great. We also took advantage and went to the hot springs which are included, they were really nice as well.

The location is perfect in the city centre and very close to the free parking. Rooms are very clean and the facility has all comforts. We went to the bagnaccio thermal baths as well and it was a great experience. As we really enjoyed out stay we added one more night to our stay. All was extraordinary. Thank you very much!

NULL Schalldämmung zur Nachbareinheit: sehr schade! Eingangstüre im Treppenhaus ist schwierig zu bedienen, da Schlüssel /badge nicht logisch funktionieren. Zudem geht Licht ständig aus, auch im Korridor oben (Timer müssten anders eingestellt werden)

La struttura è posizionata in pieno centro, è risultato molto pulita e attenta ai dettagli. Le camere sono moderne e ben tenute.

Ottimo posizione, meno l' isolamento acustico e termico della camera.

Posizione molto centrale, da cui raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse. Macchina da caffè in camera ed acqua potabile illimitata. Doccia molto comoda ed ampia.

Camera un po' fredda in cui inspiegabilmente il riscaldamento non era tenuto acceso regolarmente in modo da poter avere all' interno un tepore costante visto i pochi gradi di temperatura invernale. Letto non molto comodo.

Comfort e pulizia in pieno centro a Viterbo

Posizione molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dai parcheggi indicati. Comunicazione ottima: tutte le indicazioni erano chiare e incluso nel soggiorno c'è anche un ingresso alle terme (che noi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare). La stanza è pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Apprezzata l'acqua filtrata, gratuita, sempre disponibile.

Le scale per raggiungere la struttura sono molto RIPIDE E STRETTE e al contempo i parcheggi, per quanto vicini, possono essere un po' scomodi con un bagaglio di dimensioni medie, dato che il centro di Viterbo può essere molto movimentato e pieno di gente. Consiglio dunque di portare bagagli piccoli e comodi da trasportare. Segnalo inoltre che (e questo ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura) la musica durante il periodo di Natale (negli altri periodi non so) è accesa ad alto volume in strada fino a mezzanotte e mezza. Le pulizie in strada iniziano molto presto la mattina. Nonostante i vetri non siano male, non isolano dal rumore e quindi chi ha il sonno leggero può soffrire questo movimento. Dato che la struttura scrive di essere attenta dal punto di vista ecologico apprezzerei se, come fatto per l'acqua, si eliminassero le "monodosi" anche per i prodotti da bagno. Sono convita che, con dispenser e pochi accorgimenti, si possa dare lo stesso tipo di servizio. Infine, ma sono tutte piccolezze, avrei apprezzato due sedie (nella camera matrimoniale c'è una sola poltroncina per sedersi) e magari le capsule per 2 caffè (invece che solo uno). Ultimissima cosa: il messaggio che indicava il plus dell'ingresso gratuito alle terme sarebbe stato bello riceverlo una settimana prima (e non il giorno prima) in modo da potersi organizzare per sfruttarlo :)
