Nice room but not such a nice surroundings

it is a pretty run down area of a city which is not the most glamorous in Italy. Would not book here again even though the room was fine. It was impossible to find nearby parking and the staff was not really very helpful in this regard, or with communication generally. Room nice, area forlorn.

Great location and easy parking

The room was nice. Simona was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very nice with a café right next door and walking distance to the whole inner city and easy access to parking right next to the guest house.

Fantastic little find in Viterbo

The price was amazing. Simona was lovely and waited around for us to arrive so we check in. She helped with parking and plenty of restaurant recommendations. There is a great bar very close by called Caffe Amaris which was a great end to a long evening out in Viterbo as we drank many wine with the owner.

The room is clean and warm, with TV, closet, fridge, and a very spacious bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. Marco is a very nice host, gave us the suggestions of restaurants.

Everything here is fantastic!

Everything here is fantastic! The room was very clean and spacious and the decor was new. I must thank Marco who made it a point to bring me a hot water bottle and medication for my discomfort, he made me feel like I was at home. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and the room was cleaned up very well. I love it here!
