Great location, great host

I liked everything from the building to the hosts to the view from the window. It’s central, right on piazza Dante alighieri, you can walk everywhere. The host, Gianmarco, is excellent. His father even gave me a ride to the thermal baths so that I didn’t have to hail a taxi and could just enjoy!

Proprietario disponibile sin dalla'arrivo. Anzi gia prima che arrivassi si informava sui tempi di percorrenza. Stanza in ottime condizioni, molto accogliente e profumata. Zona centralissima con disponibilita di bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il Sig Merlani omaggia i propri ospiti anche di un coupon di sconto per l'ingresso giornaliero alle Terme dei Papi..ne vale la pena!

Va chiarito anche sul sito di Booking.com che gli appartamenti si trovano al secondo piano senza ascensore. Pertanto è consigliabile non portare valige voluminose! Parcheggio difficoltoso nelle vicinanze ...ma comunque risolvibile con un po'di lungimiranza e ricerca.

Camera all'interno di un appartamento occupato anche da altre persone quindi poca privacy. Bagno senza scarico abbastanza rumoroso ma soprattutto un pò maleodorante. doccia spaziosa ma con porta rotta e senza appoggi x bagnoschiuma. Gadget bagno minimalisti. Bed and breakfast solo bed e nessuna colazione.

Das Zimmer war sehr zentral, ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Da wir allerdings umquartiert wurden, ist diese Bewertung für eine Paralleleinrichtung. A Wicklung problemlos

Parkplatz war glücklicherweise direkt auf der Piazza nebenan. Allerdings ist die Therme recht weit entfernt, was ich anders verstanden hätte. Das Bad war alles andere als sauber.

Ubytovatel neprisiel na miesto tak, ako sme sa dohodli. Cakali sme 30 minut, potom sme mu napisali, ze chceme bezplatne storno (ak by sme to zrusili hned, zaplatila by som 50%). On onzacil, ze sme sa nedostavili a prisli sme o 60 eur

camera grande e pulita, bagno spazioso con doppio lavabo, comodo considerando la possibilità di ospitare 4 persone. ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da tutti i punti d'interesse, Bar e ristoranti.

L'unico difetto è il parcheggio, ma è un problema della Città, in generale. se non siete pratici scongiglio di entrare in centro con la macchina ma piuttosto parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi fuori le mura.

Host was nergens te bekennen, nam telefoon niet op, we hebben heel lang buiten moeten wachten. (Geen excuses). Geen shampoo, douchegel, na pelgrimstocht geen overbodige luxe. 3 appartementen, maar bestek/borden voor 2 personen aanwezig.

struttura molto carina e ben tenuta, proprietario molto cortese e disponibile, molto pulito e spazioso, bagno molto grande e super doccia.

il problema del parcheggio è davvero snervante, poichè si è costretti a pagare oppure vagare per la ricerca del parcheggio gratuito, la porta scorrevole del bagno comoda per avere spazio, ma l'assenza della maniglia rende difficoltoso la chiusura, il letto troppo rigido e chi come me soffre di problemi alla schiena diventa un vero incubo.

La dimensione della stanza mi ha soddisfatto insieme al bagno comodo con doppio lavandino (comodissima l'altezza dei lavandini). La centralità dell' appartamento a patto che non si abbia l'auto altrimenti un vero incubo in quanto Viterbo è proprio un dedalo di vicoli privi di parcheggi e comunque tutti a pagamento. Obbligatorio parcheggiare fuori le mura ma non è vicino

Quasi tutto nella stanza è stanco e sicuramente vissuto da tanto ma in particolare gli infissi con le persiane e anche la porta della camera che avendo gioco sulla serratura con la notte ventosa non ha smesso di sbattere . La struttura è costituita da tre camere con bagno privato ed una zona comune con un frigo comune, una doppia fiamma ed un paio di bollitori con il necessario x farsi un caffè o una tisana. Ho chiesto la possibilità di avere le stoviglie x cucinarci qualcosa ma mi è stato detto che x la camera che avevo scelto non era possibile la fornitura. Rammento che ho scelto una matrimoniale x una singola notte al prezzo di €60 più spese di soggiorno. Non so quale altra soluzione avrebbe previsto l'uso di stoviglie visto che tutte le camere indicavano la presenza di cucina. Comunque poco danno x una notte sola non mi ha procurato problemi. Se l'avessi scelta x un soggiorno più lungo avrei commesso un errore nel valutare la descrizione quindi consiglio maggiore attenzione nell' interpretazione della stessa. Inoltre iniziando i primi freddi nei bb cominciano i problemi con le coperte in quanto sono presenti spesso copertucce economiche che nulla scaldano. X fortuna io e mia moglie quando siamo in macchina abbiamo sempre un paio di coperte di lana e non di plastica che ci aiutano moltissimo.
