A nice stay in Viterbo

There’s a kettle and tea bags that all guests can use, which is great in the winter.

It was +11c in the room when we checked in. We turned on the heating that worked perfectly but still by night the temperature was +14, so the night was really cold for us.

Pleasant

Is a very ancient palace in the storic center of Viterbo. By the window you can see other ancient buildings, and at sunset you can hear the sound of many birds flying in the area.

I knew it already before the choice, since it was in the info list: there is no air coinditionig. We thought there would have been a fan at least, but we didn't find any in the room. We decided to keep windows open during the night since the weather was quite warm (14-16 june) but then we had to handle the mosquito issue without any device to keep them out.

Un sabato a Vitetbo

Il palazzo, la vista dal terrazzo del soggiorno, la doccia con le mattonelle trasparenti, l'atmosfera medievale

La mancanza del bidet (il doccino spruzzava fortissimo l'acqua), un odore forse di fogna appena entrati, il riscaldamento che non si può regolare, la TV che non funziona, solo i canali su internet. Il letto non comodissimo

La posizione ottima, in centro e comodità per il parcheggio a porta romana. La pulizia della stanza e l'area comune per relax , caffè, the.

Purtroppo dal bagno esce forte puzza di fogna, bisognerebbe provvedere a questo problema che è l'unica pecca di questo posto.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era veramente 'essenziale'. Non c'era un punto d'appoggio neanche per le valigie... La TV c'è è Smart,ma si vedono si e no 5 canali. Letto e cuscini non proprio comodi.

Posizione molto buona, in pieno centro storico,

Pulizia delle camere scarsa, una camera aveva il letto matrimoniale posizionato su un soppalco raggiungibile tramite una scaletta stretta e difficile sconsigliabile per ospiti anziani, priva totalmente di arredi, la proprietà dovrebbe ben evidenziare sull'annuncio la situazione della camere

Posizione molto centrale. Ambienti carini e silenziosi e dotati di tutto.

Spazi un po' ristretti. Scala interna di accesso alla camera piuttosto scomoda se avete molti bagagli. TV con pochi canali.

Location piacevole, con area comune dotata di frigo, bollitore e macchina caffè (comprese bustine te e cialde caffè), situata nel centro storico quindi comoda a tutto raggiungibile senza entrare in ztl , parcheggio un po’ faticoso ma sempre trovato nelle quattro sere (due a pagamento e due in spazio libero), camera Acquarello e toilette pulita, letto grande e comodo. Ospite disponibile x eventuali problemi, Wi-Fi adeguato. Costo buono. Lo raccomandiamo
