Absolutely would return was fantastic and super value for money

Facilities and location is great, little hard to find but owners helped order came out and waited in front for ease.

Di solito cerco di capire le difficoltà altrui ma questa volta non mi è piaciuto niente
Camera ricavata in una mansarda al secondo piano alla quale si accede con una scala in legno con gradini alti quasi il doppio di quelli normali. Il bagno è privo di finestra e in mancanza della quale vi è un rumorosissimo aspiratore che sta quasi sempre acceso. La zona colazione/caffe/frigo è situata al primo piano quindi per accedere si deve fare la scala anzidetta. Proprietario invadente dal quale non ho accettato le sue inutili scuse. E mi fermo qua...

Pulitissimo!
la stanza era ben arredata e soprattutto pulitissima. Non sembrava nemmeno di essere in un b&b. Trovare parcheggio è stato molto facile. Lorenzo è un host simpatico, alla mano, disponibile.

Una casa lontano da casa
Mi è piaciuta la zona molto vicina al centro e molto tranquilla, mi è piaciuto essere accolta con di persona dal proprietario, di ricevere preziose info sulle cose da vedere ed eventi in corso, trovare una camera pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, mi è piaciuto trovare un libro degli ospiti e dei consigli sul dove mangiare.
La presenza di due rampe di scale possono essere impegnative se si dovesse avere qualche problema di deambulazione.

Esperienza senz'altro positiva. Lorenzo è una persona ospitale, disponibile e gentile.
Posizione ottimale, a pochi minuti dal centro di Viterbo. Nessun problema per il parcheggio.
Per la colazione suggerirei, oltre ai prodotti confezionati, qualche prodotto artigianale locale (torta, ciambellone ...).
