perfect place for business stopover and to visit the remarkable old town

A very nice place at a short walk from the historical centre, even if the outside might suggest differently. Staff was very friendly. very comfy and homely lounge area with bar and TV. Convenient free parking garage under the hotel. High quality Italian style breakfast (sweet). Reasonably priced.

Sound isolation between rooms is not great, and chairs might do with a reupholstery, but those are details.

A Night to Remember!

Great Staff! They were very accomodating and always helpful. Superb location and facilities. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace while have coffee. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. Housekeeping keeps up with this property!

It was a nice and quiet place, outside of the walls of old city but not far from historic centre. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

We have been in Viterbo in July and those days it was so hot weather. The air conditioner it wasn't so powerful. Cabin shower also was not large enough. It was a nice stay.

Good value for the money

The staff was great , especially the young lady Dorina that served us breakfast , breakfast was good, pretty close to the old town

It is not a 4 star hotel although it is clear that some restructuring work has been done. Still the bathroom was very small and water was leaking from the shower. 20 years ago it was probably a very nice place

In primis la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, dalla reception al bar alle pulizie. Poi la cura negli ambienti, abbastanza eleganti e funzionali, la colazione a buffet varia, dolce e/o salata, possibilità anche di parcheggio in loco

La cosa più interessante è la posizione a poche centinaia di metri in pianura da porta romana da cui si accede alla città

Camera piccola, bagno super piccolo con doccia in angolo dotata di porta a soffietto che con difficoltà si apriva. Miscelatore montato al contrario. Colazione non molto variegata con torte e cornetti congelati. Buono il caffè e molto gentile tutto il personale in staff

La tranquillità, la pulizia, il letto comodo, la luminosità e in generale la cura della stanza. Vicino al centro di Viterbo e a due passi dalla Stazione. Colazione ben assortita e completa di scelte varie tra dolce e salato.

Il mio bagno non aveva la tavoletta del wc, il sostegno della doccia non reggeva e correva un rivolo d'acqua continuamente nel Wc. A parte questo era pulitissimo, con la temperatura e pressione dell'acqua perfette.
