Great find on great location

Friendliness of staff. Coming from the Via Francigena everything was dirty. I was even allowed to use all hotel facilities (incl lessive) to wash my clothes. Good beds, very clean. Breakfast is perfect and offered as from very early in the morning

Loved my stay in Viterbo. Good Breakfast and the Staff were brilliant.

Staff were so kind, breakfast was good with some traditional Italian options.

The shower was very mediocre, and the hot water system was very temperamental.

close to Train station Viterbo Porta Romana - 10 min walk or less. Spacious bathroom and very comfortable place to stay. Has an elevator too. Breakfast included.

Quiet stay in the city center

Extremely good value for money. Rooms are spartan but spacious. In the middle of the old town, but very quiet. Possibility to store your bike inside with even a workbench for small repairs.

A perfect location on a side street but not far from restaurants and bars. A nice traditional Italian breakfast. The staff was super.

Easy experience and great value for a quick stay.

The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. They had no problem allowing my dog to stay. There was plenty of parking, even though the official parking lot was full there is another public space nearby. The breakfast was nice and more than enough.

They could provide more soap in the bathroom, there was only 1 small bar and 1 small gel packet.

The residence is in the heart of the old city, and very close to the train station, no transport needed to get there.

No air conditioning, because it gets extremely hot during summer and a simple fan is not enough

It’s a very peaceful, comfortable place. The staff is so kind and helpful. The have soothing music playing. The breakfast was great. Good location.

Room was big and clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was pretty decent, and even had a place inside to put my bicycle. Great location too.

The breakfast was a bit not enough!!! The location was very good!!!

For future the breakfast could be a bit richer! A bit more meat (piece of bacon or 1 sausage), boiled egg, piece of yellow cheese, e.t.c.
