Excellent location in the middle of the medieval city. A very spacious apartment with all amenities. The host Stephano is extremely friendly and helpful. Took care of everything ang gave very good advice of restaurants, city sights and transport

Beautiful, luxurious apartment in the old town

The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed and feels really luxurious . The beds are really comfortable. There are shutters for all the windows, so it was really dark at night. The air con and fans kept us cool, even though it was really hot outside. We loved the kitchen with the coffee machine and milk frother. The breakfast was prepared and left in the apartment for us, which was a real bonus that we didn’t expect. Stefano, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He met us at the car park that he arranged for us and helped carry our bags. Viterbo is beautiful and interesting to explore. The apartment is in the old town. There are many restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Viterbo!

My stay at La Suite del Borgo was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions – his hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the generous breakfast with local prosciutto, cheese, and homemade jam tart – such a lovely touch! Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and access to laundry facilities (including detergent) made everything even more convenient. Located in the historic center, the place has real charm and is close to everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

A beautiful spacious room in a perfect location.

Our host was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and provided in the room,including yogurts, homemade pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee, juice, tea, and milk. The room was upgraded for free, a wonderful surprise. The location was amazing. Free parking is a 5 minute walk away, since the room is in a medieval old district. Stefano recommended 2 restaurants which were both excellent and reasonable.

The shower water temperature sometimes went very hot. I would still stay here again!

Excellent accomodations but a little too light of a breakfast.

The location in the medieval portion of Viterbo was excellent! We wish we had more than one night to enjoy the area. Stefano and Daniela were excellent hosts!

When we arrived, we were very exhausted from our two week long journey and really needed to get some good sleep. Unfortunately, there was a festival in the neighborhood with loud music that kept us awake until midnight. This was not our hosts fault. Also, we had a difficult time closing the shutters to the bedroom to keep out the light in the morning. Some shutters seemed stuck open and we didn't want to pull harder and break anything.

The Argento apartment was wonderful and charming like his host Stefano. He is very communicative and helpful making sure everything is fine and you are comfortable. A unique and beautiful apartment, specials details everywhere you look including the views from the entrance and windows. When we arrived we were delighted!! but also with Viterbo under the rain. We could have stay happy in the apartment if the rain did not stop. VIP treatment, fresh delicious breakfast and more… You have to find out by yourself 😍 A magic place 🧚🏻‍♀️🧚‍♂️🧚🏻

The only thing we didn’t like was having to say goodbye 👋🏼 after spending 6 beautiful days.

I have rented numerous places using Airbnb, Booking.com and others. In all my stays, I have never encountered a host/owner as FANTASTIC as Stefano at La Suite del Borgo, Viterbo. Stefano is the consummate host, more like a personal concierge really. First of all on check-in night he helped guide me to the location via phone as GPS fails in places within the walls of old Viterbo. Then he helped me unload my car, then drive with me to the parking spot and then drove back with me to the apartment. That was definitely a first for me. No matter what the issue – he hooked me up great! From introducing us to a realtor we needed to meet, tips on local restaurants and eateries, to replacing AAA batteries on the TV remote, Stefano was just a phone call or text away. As for the property itself, again I cannot say enough good things. A box of fresh handmade, delicious, pastries were delivered daily as well as replenished coffee and other breakfast items. The kitchen is small but has everything needed for meals etc. and has all necessary appliances that looked very new. There is a full bathroom on the first floor and a half-bath upstairs. The shower was a little narrow to turn around in but hot water is plentiful with very good water pressure. The beds were super-comfy and the bed made up every day. The space was very light, spotlessly clean and felt much bigger than it actually is with extra large windows in the living area with an amazing view over the medieval rooftops. Our stay was in November and the heat worked great.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could not stay longer because it was already booked!

Stefano is very nice to make sure I had a nice stay. The room is in the old part of town with the best historic and medieval architecture around. The apartment is clean and comfortable and spacious. The facilities were all functioning well. there is a fully kitchen.

Beautiful B&B in equally stunning area, a great place to stay in Viterbo!

It was so beautiful!! It had everything you need including a loft, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, etc!! It has gorgeous windows with birds singing, so nice. They provided lots of food and snacks, plus some pastries from a local patisserie. It was in a great location and not far from the train station. The people who run it are so kind and helpful. I would and will highly recommend this place!! I wish I could have stayed longer, I didn’t want to leave!

It would have been nice to have more outlets, but that’s not a big deal.

very spacious and decorated nicely. the bathroom included a washer which was very helpful. the breakfast was very thoughtful. everything was very clean and Stefano was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Superb

Stefano and Daniela were very welcoming and helpful and extremely responsive. We were welcomed at a secure parking area just a few minutes walk into the old city. The old and well-refurbished apartment was just right for my husband and I, with all amenities and comforts available - kitchenette, tea and coffee, spacious bathroom, heating, etc. Breakfast was just right, with a variety available including cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, biscuits, etc (it had to be pre-packed due to COVID restrictions, but we cannot complain at all!). Viterbo is a beautiful city - we'll have to return again as 1 night was just not enough - and we'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect Viterbo Combo

Perfect location, very cozy bed and a awesome Host. Stefano gave us total support, absolutely a great person. They accepted our dog with some restrictions, but for the short stay it was ok. Thank you for your kindness, Stefano!

The shower temperature oscillates a bit, I have seeing this in Italy before, I don’t like it, but it is not a critical point.
