Too expensive for what it offered.

I payed for bed & breakfast and when I got there they told me there was not breakfast!

There was no lift. The main door of the hotel was closed until 15.00 o'clock - check in time. No one in the reception! I arrived at noon, it was raining heavily, I was outside in the rain. I called them and nobody came even for letting me entry in the hall. The guests used to hold the key of the Main door of the hotel and use it when they came in and out.

the glass shelf in the bathroom was not secure & fell and smashed when I put something on it. There was no notice of awareness of this. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Only sweet pastries available and a yoghurt

Fantastic place to explore Viterbo!

Great location, good insider tips about restaurants, clean and renovated historical building. If you're a meat lover, do not forget to eat at Antica Taverna!

Stone floors can feel cold, as with all flooring in Italy. The shower is snug, but this is understandable considering the size of the room, in an old building.

Great location near the centre, friendly and helpful staff.

Facility in our room, shower to be exact. It was just too small. If I was a bit bigger, I wouldn’t be able to fit in.

Very nice staff, good location, poor comfort for this price

The receptionist was very friendly. She made a reservation in a perfect restaurant for me (was difficult because it was a saturday) and because of my early departure (03:45 a.m.) she arranged a very good breakfast for me.

The room was a bit poor in terms of space. For this price you may expect at least a bath tub in the bathroom. The shower was very tiny, the hot water was really difficult to get colder so I couldn't easily get out of the showercabin. I almost burned myself.

Personal muy antipatico, se iba la luz, con ello el aire acondicionado y el agua, en el telefono proporcionado no atendian, y se desentendian de todo, he solicitado una devolucion x servicios no prestados y no se ha llegdo a ningun acuerdo, por lo q voy a tomar acciones legales

EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE.AVOID AVOID!

Rientrati alle 21 non avevamo l'acqua in camera. Non abbiamo potuto lavarci e nemmeno usare la toilette. Alla reception non c'era nessuno in quanto ai clienti lasciano le chiavi. Ho chiamato un loro cellulare ma nessuno ha risposto. Al mattino ho fatto le mie rimostranze chiedendo che almeno scontassero il prezzo della colazione (10 euro), ma non hanno neppure risposto limitandosi ad un sorrisetto da presa in giro. Poco professionali e scortesi.

Posizione alle porte della città medioevale. Un parcheggio pubblico (a pagamento) vicinissimo alla struttura.

Struttura con arredi in camera datati e senza uno stile. Sensazione di squallore. Prezzo eccessivo (in periodo natalizio).

Bel soggiorno, lo consiglio

Struttura accogliente , pulita , calda e veramente a due passi dal centro. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Un grazie particolare a Michele che ci ha accolto e ben consigliato sul soggiorno.

Bene ma non benissimo

Posto direi strategico, a piedi in due minuti sei nel centro storico. Molto pulito e silenzioso. Buona la colazione e molto gentile il signore della mattina.

Nonostante avessi detto alla reception che la TV non funzionasse bene non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere.

La location è ottima e la struttura è bella, ma il soggiorno a dicembre è stato molto deludente a causa di gravi problemi di comfort e servizio. Problemi Critici e Ricorrenti: La stanza era freddissima e mancava l'acqua calda. Ci è stato detto che era un "blocco caldaia", ma leggendo altre recensioni il problema risulta essere sistemico e frequente. Il personale, apparso svogliato e superficiale,ci ha solo detto di aspettare non ha risolto nulla prima di mezzanotte, e la mattina dopo (8:30) l'acqua era nuovamente fredda. Servizio Inaccettabile: Il personale era assente dalla struttura dalle 18:30 circa di sera fino alla mattino. Un livello di assistenza inferiore a un B&B base e non da hotel a 90 euro a notte. Comfort Zero: Non esiste la minima insonorizzazione. Si sentiva ogni rumore, inclusi i respiri dei vicini. Inoltre, il frigobar era vuoto. Parcheggio: Viene scritto nei servizi, ma è comunale a pagamento (1.50 l'ora, anche festivi), ed è difficile trovare posto.

Carino ottima posizione

La posizione dell albergo è ottima in pieno centro storico a piedi si raggiunge facilmente tutto.

Non mi è piaciuto il check in alle 15 troppo tardi anche altri ospiti si sono lamentati... Purtroppo si sente tutto tra una camera all altra e abbiamo faticato ad addormentarci, a causa di vicini chiassosi. La struttura non ha un parcheggio ma c'è n'è sta uno di fronte a pagamento :( che ci è costato 13 per una notte. Dovrebbero includere la colazione con il pernotto considerato che una notte viene 100+ €

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa

Struttura molto carina, a due passi dal centro storico. Colazione abbondante e davvero molto buona. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Vincenzo: una persona squisita, gentile e disponibile, con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di scambiare due chiacchiere e conoscerci meglio. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!
