It was a magical experience.

The location was amazing and the apartment was so pretty. I've never stayed at an B&B before but after this experience I will use them again. We had everything we needed and more. And Patrizia greeted us and showed us all the places to see and eat. I was a great experience.

During a hectic visit for a wedding, this was an antidote to the business of my stay.,

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice!and it was lovely to have Patrizia around to chat to. I was able to give an indication of what suited in terms of timing. She was very helpful in giving me ideas about the area and extremely welcoming. It felt very relaxing, and is a peaceful area.

Perfectly located in the old part of Viterbo

Host made check-in and check-out easy and was able to accomodate the times that worked for us. The property is in the old part of Viterbo, perfect location to walk to all the typical interest points for visitors like us. Public free parking is only 300 meters from the property.

So nice to have a full and spacious apartment in the medieval pilgrim’s quarters of town. Patrizia, our host, was very helpful in making us feel at home and cared for.

Bright and well stocked with useful amenities

The apartment was warm when we arrived, perfectly clean and everything we needed was provided; the provision of supplies was well above our expectations. We enjoyed our quick stop over.

The heating is on an automatic timer so we got a little cold during one couple of hour period. We are used to 35 degrees C and 90% humidity though, so perhaps it’s a unique problem for us!

It gave us the feeling of being in very distant eras… The most important thing is the excellent service provided by Patricia, as well as a very tasty breakfast!

Spacious room with two windows Large bathroom with a window a large shower and plenty of toiletries Exceptional (Italian style) breakfast with fresh pastries and cakes, and several kinds of local breads The host was very kind and gave us many useful tips on things to see and do Very good location inside the medial part of the city which is fascinating: this little know Italian town is a small jewel and definitely deserve a visit

disappointing expericience in Viterbo.

Bad experience! We booked a room with airco. But the host took the remote control with her. Because she decided that we should sleep with windows open. There was noise outside so i asked for the remote control. She told me that she asked the neighbours and there was no noise. So she accused me of lying. Unbelievable. Breakfast was bad. No Bread. No croissants only one sandwich with ham in the fridge. But we do not eat meat. a lot of cookies and crackers, yoghurt with sugar. Nice room but service and breakfast very bad.

The owner of this appartment is absolutely amazing! She gave us some tips of what to see around, also, she was so kind and collected one pair of shoes that we accidentally left, therefore we could take it back. The appartment itself is clean, comfortable and has AC + nets on the windows against mosquitoes. In the flat you can find everything you might need while travelling: shower gel, all of the kitchen supplies and basic spices for cooking, coffee machine, etc.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. But if you have a large car it is easier to park outside the walls of the medieval old town. There is plenty of free parking and a paid secure car park very close by, just outside the walls.

Charming purple perfection

This place was incredibly charming. The location was perfect and the owners were so kind and easy to communicate with. The room is perfection. There are so many little beautiful touches throughout... You want a cappuccino? No problem, milk, cafe, espresso machine and foam maker present! Forgot all your toiletries? They got you! All beautifully arranged and sustainably present. Want a great smelling and soft towel? You'll find them here. And, it's so quite and peaceful.. I slept like a baby. Highly highly recommend!

TUTTO!!!! Patrizia una padrona di casa eccellente. Solare, accogliente e ci ha spiegato in tutto e per tutto le zone da visitare nei dintorni. Casa super confort, curata in ogni singolo dettaglio. Pulitissima! C'erano lenzuola ed asciugamani come appena usciti dalla lavanderia. Ottima colazione che ci ha lasciato Patrizia in casa. LATTE - SUCCHI DI FRUTTA - BISCOTTI - CIALDE DI CAFFE - e chi più ne ha piu ne metta. Ritorneremo!!!! Il prima possibile!
