A good bolt hole at short notice

24 hours access. Morning staff entirely friendly.

Night desk staff rather begrudging - unwilling to check us in to rooms prepaid etc. Breakfast rather unimaginative. Air conditioning distinctly creaky.

Simple and nice, convenient

Shower head fell apart but it didn't matter much. Breakfast wasn't good, only sweet sugary stuff, nothing else

Tired and jaded hotel

The hotel is close to the walled city of Viterbo. Nice waiter at breakfast. The sheets and towels were good. The room and bathroom were clean.

Sadly, everything about this hotel feels tired and out-dated. To describe itself as modern is a stretch on the imagination. It appears to be under renovation so perhaps it will improve. The overall feeling is a bit depressing. The breakfast was disappointing with only sweet things to eat. Even the road into the old city is a little dangerous. The hotel is beside the railway station so it is noisy to open the window.

Receptionist was kind and helpful, location close to the city centre.

Bath room smelly, cleaning very poor, mini fridge and heating ventilation very noisy, overall not even a two stars standard, very poor breakfast.

La struttura necessita nettamente un restyling la suite dove siamo stati era trasandata e non meritava il prezzo pagato!Peccato perché secondo me a molte potenzialità la struttura.

Popolazione era buona posizione buona mi è piaciuta la gentilezza del personale personale molto più del dovuto.

Tutto bello stile e anni 50 come si scrive sembra di essere un museo proprio bellissimo mobili ti sembravano originali d'epoca stupendi

Goede en makkelijke uitvalsbasis voor de oude stad van Viterbo voor automobilisten.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid voor Italiaanse begrippen. Priveparkeren was makkelijk en veilig. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en correct. Mijn dochter vergat 3 ringen en die werden keurig bewaard.

Het hotel-adres brengt je auto niet voor het hotel. Dat zou aangepast kunnen worden.

Lokacija je odlicna kao i prostranost sobe, udobnost kreveta i jako ljubazno osoblje. Obezbedjen je i besplatan hotelski parking. Topla preporuka i vratio bih se opet ovde.

Hotel Vicino al centro, con buona colazione e Staff pronto per consigli.

Reception H24, ottima se pensi di fare un late check-in, è in corso un lavoro di ristrutturazione che però non disturba, e alcune migliorie sono già visibili, finestre moderne con tendine motorizzate, Ascensori nuovi nuovi. Colazione dolce salata con buona varietà di pietanze. L'hotel è adiacente alla stazione, molto vicino al centro storico. Si può lasciare la macchina e camminare in giro facilmente. Felicissimo per il rapporto qualità prezzo (è comunque un 4 stelle).
