An ideal location in which to explore the town and surrounding area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate, Location great for the town. Usual issues in Italy over parking but their underground carpark came to the rescue but providing you have a small car.

Decent one night stop for a sweaty and weary traveler but not much longer.

the hotel was easy to find and had covered nearby parking. The a/c was good and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to tourist sites, restaurants and shopping The breakfast was very limited.

The room was smaller and lacked a fridge. The hotel is generally dated and the room seemed like it could have been an old smokers room. somewhat stale and needs a refresh. the towels are terrible and quite literally large pieces of paper. Get real towels!! The rooftop terrace is not appealing and in poor repair.

Hotel old and outdated. Bathroom old with tiles turning brown. Pillowcase with hair from previous guest. Towel with yellow stain. Poor breakfast. Wifi unusable. Only 3 sample-size sachets of showergel. Tv too small. We asked for a double bed and were given 2 single beds next to each other.

3 stars are too much for this hotel. Room is very old, bathroom's facility is very old, no shampoo. WiFi is VERY slow, impossible to use. Breakfas is poor.

Nice little hotel in a good central location.

Clean comfortable room with a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the street. Very good breakfast choice.

Wi-Fi was poor and a fridge for water would have been useful.

Nice hotel close to everything

Lovely welcoming staff. Heating and aircon was a bonus. Breakfast was perfect. Not too far from the old town. Great spot for Via Francigena.

The shower was lukewarm... run it for a long time until it heats up. Could use more electric points.

El hotel está en una zona céntrica, pero tranquila y accesible. La habitación era muy cómoda y bien climatizada. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal es de trato excelente; me hicieron la estancia muy agradable.

Camera non molto grande ma pulita e adatta a un breve soggiorno, personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione vicina al centro, buona colazione

Nella descrizione dell'hotel si dovrebbe specificare che il parcheggio deve essere prenotato. Sarebbe ottimo se ci fosse anche della frutta fresca a colazione

Vacanze nella Tuscia.

Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. Camera pulita, con doccia al top. Prima colazione varia e con prodotti di prima qualità. Location a quattro passi dal centro. Parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo è con tariffe basse. Nel complesso vacanza più che positiva.

Lo consiglio veramente a tutti

Tutto. Personale gentilissimo sono stati carinissimi e disponibili. L'albergo si trova praticamente in centro quindi una volta parcheggiato vi dimenticherete anche della macchina. Grazie per il regalino natalizio alla piccola :-)

Ha le capacità per fare di più… ma non si applica!

Le stanze sono belle e sopratutto molto grandi, all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Lo staff alla reception eccellente, sempre molto gentile e disponibile h24. Meno cortese lo staff alla colazione.

La colazione. Veramente poco fornita e davvero mal organizzata. In secondo piano, la mancanza di un asciugamano grande per asciugarsi, ma questa è una piccolezza.

Bon endroit pour transiter par Viterbe

Excellente situation à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare et à deux pas du centre ville. Accueil très agréable. Chambre sympathique. Très bien pour une ou deux nuits.

Le bruit dans l'hôtel en pleine nuit, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen.
