A great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay and not the first time I have stayed here. The location is great, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Both the room and bathroom are great spaces and comfortable. There is italian style breakfast with a nice selection of food and hosted by the owner.

As I like to have a window open, it can be noisy at night, but this can be eliminated if you close it.

For an overnight en route to Rome, it was serviceable. Clerk on duty had very limited English.

Breakfast is served in the lodging's tiny reception area, just a couple of tables.

At first I was shown a room downstairs, directly adjacent to a building next door that workmen were pounding away at constantly. I said that wouldn't do, so was given a room on the second floor, which though it looked out over the street was far less noisy.

Great value, excellent location, welcoming staff

Small, welcoming establishment in a great location near the Porta Fiorentina train station and an easy walk to the historic center. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very accommodating of my "TBD" arrival time. Also held my bag after checkout and before I took the train to Rome that afternoon. Breakfast buffet was ample and service was exceptional.

The room was modern and had every convenience one needs. The breakfast was adequate, although on the sweet side.

The shower's doors did not close properly and the water was falling on the floor. There was much noise from the bar across the street (Saturday night).

I would be happy to stay there again - can't say fairer than that.

Breakfast usual continental type but plentiful served by Ricardo. The location was useful for both railway stations in Viterbo and the historic medieval centre.

Bit of a breakdown in communications about my arrival time so I had to wait 90 minutes before I could get in but the weather was good and there was a bar nearby. Of the two phone numbers given one seemed to be out of action and the other kept going straight to the answering service - but I did get in eventually.

Tutto perfetto Personale disponibile ed efficiente camera pulita e moderna bagno comodo moderno ambiente caldo ed accogliente location appena fuori dalla zona ZTL facilmente raggiungibile in auto con parcheggio coperto e chiuso a 10 euro al giorno da cui ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi senza problemi nonostante abbiamo trovato brutto tempo Tutto bene lo consiglio
