Quiet spacious and luminous room in a convenient location. Great base from which to explore the area. It was all fine But do ask the property owner for directions if you want to park just at the property . Google maps has an error that wants to send you the wrong direction on a one way street.

Big room. Quiet neighborhood. Not far from the main train station. Host carried my bag upstairs unprompted.

A bad start as I arrived at 3pm check-in time and the place was locked. No one there. Eventually I got a stranger to call and the host arrived ten minutes later. WiFi worked but occasionally stalled.

NO PARKING!, Nismo uopće tamo boravili, samo su nam uzeli novac.

Smještaj se oglašava da ima parkiralište, što je laž. Iz tog razloga smještaj nismo uopće koristili. Otkazao sam rezervaciju, ali otkaz nije prihvaćen pa su mi naplaćena sva tri rezervirana dana iako nismo koristili uopće. Booking.com bi trebao imati rješenje za takve slučajeve i snositi neku odgovornost što objavljuje ovakve prijevarne oglase.

Le camere erano ampie, pulite, calde, i letti comodi. Per la colazione in camera abbiamo avuto a disposizione una buona scelta tra latte, caffè, tè, succhi di frutta, cornetti in busta, marmellate, fette biscottate. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili fornendo le indicazioni utili per arrivare all'alloggio, consigli sulla città e posti dove mangiare.

Ottima accoglienza!

Struttura molto confortevole in pieno centro storico ma con facilità di parcheggio in strada. Camera molto accogliente, pulita e ben arredata ed accessoriata. Il proprietario è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha chiamate subito dopo aver prenotato per darci delle dritte per arrivare e ci ha fatto da navigatore in tempo reale al telefono. Ci siamo sentite veramente accolte. Grazie di tutto.

Accogliente e competitivo: ci tornerei sicuramente

Accoglienza perfetta e precisa, è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito adiacente e il servizio bar non manca di nulla. Posizione comoda e suggestiva, struttura accogliente.

C’era del calcare sui vetri della doccia, il piatto doccia e la tazza un po’ macchiati e lo specchio sporco

Appartement fonctionnel bien situé

Le logement est fonctionnel, situé en centre ville, à proximité des magasins. Le cadre environnant est agréable (église). L'équipement de l'appartement est complet. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné.

Le petit déjeuner est basique, composé de jus de fruits, de biscottes et d'éléments sucrés. Un yaourt et du frais serait bienvenu. Les places de parkings sont aléatoires.

Перше що помічаєш - це тепла кімната взимку. Враховуючи те ,що Італійські будинки дуже важко, отоплювати - тут ти відчуваєш себе абсолютно комфортно. Кімната дуже чиста,стильна - немає нічого зайвого. Дуже м'яка, приємна постіль. Є все необхідне для сніданку . Старовинні меблі і сучасний інтер'єр дають гарні відчуття А більше за все вражає вид з вікна на монастир та церкву прокидатися під звуки дзвонів - блаженство. Хазяйка дуже приємна привітна

La struttura si trova nel centro di Viterbo. La camera è grande e molto spaziosa con un ampio bagno. Colazione abbondante e pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, la proprietaria è stata super gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!
