Perfetto, nel cuore della Tuscia.

Ottima sistemazione, abbastanza centrale non solo rispetto al centro storico ma soprattutto in relazione alla viabilità in auto. Perfetto, quindi, per spostarsi nelle zone limitrofe della Tuscia. Ottimo il corner con la possibilità di farsi caffè e orzo attraverso le capsule 'a modo mio'. Il posto è perfetto per una famiglia con due bambini, come nel mio caso.

Non ci sono state defezioni di alcun tipo. Se proprio dovessi dire cosa manca: un angolo cottura. Ma ovviamente, la struttura non è pensata in questo modo, quindi non è una nota di demerito.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato 9 notti in questo b&b a agosto 2025, siamo davvero soddisfatti, Emanuela super gentile, la struttura e situata difronte la chiesa di S.Rosa, camera confortevole, ordinata e con merendine, no vedo l'ora di tornare, Viterbo antica e tutto la zona con i laghi e meraviglioso 🇮🇹❤️. Grazie Emanuela 👍🏻😉

Pohodlné ubytování kousek od centra Viterba

Velký apartmán kousek od centra Viterba. Komunikace skvělá, majitel/ka popsala pomocí fotografií perfektně vše - kde jsou klíče, jak se dostat do budovy apod. Postele pohodlné, klid, čistota. K snídani byly k dispozici zabalené croissanty a džusy v krabičkách.

Příjezdová cesta trochu náročnější - úzká ulice a parkovaní se platí od 8:00 - 19:00 hod., přičemž není úplně jednoduché zaparkovat.

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Viterbo. La struttura è molto carina e la camera è davvero molto spaziosa. Punto di merito la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Apprezzatissima la macchinetta del caffè esterna. Emanuela è stata molto gentile e scrupolosa nelle indicazioni. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione. Vicino al centro pedonale. Locali e monumenti raggiungibili a piedi in poco tempo. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso

Qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio ma dovuto alla centralità del b&b. Ovviamente situazione non dipendente dall'host

Ottima struttura!

Siamo davvero soddisfatti di aver trascorso il weekend di Pasqua in questa struttura in 4.Emanuela molto gentile e precisa nel darci le informazioni del check- in e out. Stanza molto pulita , ordinata e confortevole . Struttura situata in un posto carino , difronte la chiesa di S. Rosa. Merendine e succhi a disposizione. Consiglierei a tutti questo B.e.B, anche perché Viterbo antica è molto bella.💯🔝😊
