Very good location. Pleasant attitude from side of the owner.
Recovery work noise from outside, however it seems to be temporal.

The property took a little time to locate but once we found it, it was easy to gain access. There were a lot of keys! There was a small grocery store just down the street that offered sandwiches and meals to warm up. After some translation we purchased and ate a delicious eggplant parmigiana! you are definitely in the heart of Viterbo.
The property is a relic with some beautiful features but with modern conveniences. The split AC/Heater worked great! At first the bed looks uninviting but the mattress felt great!
there were some foul smells and noises coming from the bathroom and the left arm of the couch was broken. Unfortunately there was construction going on right outside the window but the window shutters blocked the view and created some privacy.

Non ho trovato parcheggio a causa dei lavori nella via non è colpa del b&b ovviamente.. trovando il parcheggio la davanti è una gran comodità

Ottima sistemazione, abbastanza centrale non solo rispetto al centro storico ma soprattutto in relazione alla viabilità in auto. Perfetto, quindi, per spostarsi nelle zone limitrofe della Tuscia. Ottimo il corner con la possibilità di farsi caffè e orzo attraverso le capsule 'a modo mio'.
Il posto è perfetto per una famiglia con due bambini, come nel mio caso.
Non ci sono state defezioni di alcun tipo. Se proprio dovessi dire cosa manca: un angolo cottura. Ma ovviamente, la struttura non è pensata in questo modo, quindi non è una nota di demerito.
