Easy walk from train. Great location to explore town. Easy access to room. Clean and comfortable. Host easy to reach and quick to respond. Definitely plan to stay again

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was supposed to arrive between 11 and 12 PM. I got to the hotel 30 min. late, as I depended on public transportation. I couldn't call the host as there wasn't connection during most of the route. At 12:30 PM the host didn't answer. We kept calling and at 2 AM he answered. He agreed to receive us with a charge of 30-40 euros which I agreed upon, but also wanted us to pay again for the room, as he was sure I was going to be reimbursed even if his entry on Booking stated clearly NO REFUNDS. I didn't agree to pay twice, so I had to search for another facility. I didn't got any refund of course.

good central location with easy parking very close by and very quiet. The room also has a little balcony. Very clean, good shower and comfortable bed.

Nice great room close to the historic center

The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Had a small balcony to sit outside if you wish. Not far from anything in the historic center and near the train station.

Our room was right outside the main door. Kept hearing the lock open everytime someone came in or left.

Location superb just inside Porta Romana gate two minutes walk from train station Met reliably by host - room ready - flexible earlier check in much appreciated Internet very fast and reliable Room modernised with colourful decor

Overpriced compared to similar places close by but the main issue was the design of the doors. As noted on previous reviews unable to close doors quietly. The noise was awful when you are trying be considerate for others. No one else managed to shut them either without an extremely loud clang. Both the entry door on the first floor and the doors into the rooms. I do believe they could and should be modified. Sound isolation from the street windows was brilliant

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from porta romana train station, as well as 5 minutes from university of Tuscia, where the conference was held. Near by (walking distance: 2-5 minutes) many cafes, grocery, and a kebab shop. The owner was very help showing me the directions to the conference venue, and bringing the kettle I have asked for.

No sign to show the name of the hotel, so I get little confused until phoning the owner Claudio who came quickly to show us the place.

Tutto bene, il prezzo forse da ridurre un -15 %... Però considerando Agosto...ci può stare.

Camera, moderna, con arredamento e muri in ottimo stato, la posizione vicina al centro storico che si raggiunge in 10/15 minuti a piedi.

Il parcheggio non proprio sotto casa, quindi ci siamo portati la valigia per un 200 metri .

La struttura è pulita, accogliente e ben organizzata. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione in pieno centro di Viterbo, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto. Mi sono sentita davvero a mio agio, tornerò volentieri!
