Great location to visit Viterbo

The location is key for this property, just 2min away by car from the old town of Viterbo. The host is very friendly and the property has lovely grounds surrou nded by nature.

The breakfast needs improvement but overall it was a nice stay.

A comfortable and welcoming place to stay, just minutes from Viterbo's historic centre.

We really enjoyed the family atmosphere. Elisa gave us a warm welcome and went out off her way, throughout our stay, to give us suggestions and advice so we could make the most of our stay in Viterbo and surroundings. She offered to upgrade our room for free when a larger room was available.

There was not really anything we didn't like.

Exceptional B&B full of charm

The property has a lot of charm, as it is located in a farm (olive grove). Elisa is very friendly and always ready to inform travelers and facilitate their stay. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and the shower/wc is modern. We slept very well thanks to the quietness of the place.

If you like to walk, the city center is about 15 minutes from the B&B (otherwise you reach it with a 3 minutes travel with your car). The road leading to the property is not lit, which may scare some. For our part, we loved the uncommon experience of walking in the dark.

Only a short walk into the amazing town of Viterbo, and yet feels like a farm in the country! Friendly. Helpful. Would return when visiting Viterbo again (the place is worth more time than we had: a couple of days would have been better than one evening!)

A relaxing stay in the heart of Tuscia

Fattoria Barbini gives you the real B&B experience. A cozy farm where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large garden surrounded by the farm animals enclosures and by the vegetable garden wile being just few minors from the Viterbo historical center. The room is tidy and clean with a nice homy touch and the buffet breakfast is just perfect. The owner will welcome you with a warming smile and she will help you for any practical matter.

Lovely house with amazing garden right next to city center.

חדר מרווח. בעלת הבית מקסימה. החצר גדולה ויפהפיה. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת טעימה וטרייה והוכנה לפי ההעדפות שלנו. בעלת הבית ענתה במהירות על כל שאלה או בקשה. חניה נוחה בחינם ליד החדר. הבית ממוקם נהדר גם ליד העיר העתיקה וגם 8 דקות נסיעה בלבד מהמרחצאות החמים.

Bella struttura e in ottima posizione

Collocazione vicinissima alla città ma contemporaneamente immersa nel verde e immersa nella tranquillità della campagna. Molto gradevole la gentilezza e disponibilità di elisa la titolare della struttura.

Integrare la colazione con qualcosa di salato vista la grande offerta del territorio in tema di salumi e formaggi

wi-fi n käyttöön otto oli tehty todella helpoksi. kameralla vain qr koodi ja se oli siinä. eikä maksanut lisää. hyvä suojaisa piha hyvin parkkitilaa, lyhyt matka kävellä vanhaan kaupunkiin. ja aamiainen huomioitiin hienosti, saimme makean menun tilalle suolaista . Bo nimistä ponia vahtiva Maya koira oli tosi kiva.

tyyny oli melkoinen " tiiliskivi" mutta kyllä sen kanssa yhden yön pärjää.

La colazione è stata molto varia con prodotti semplici ma buonissimi.La proprietaria è una ragazza eccezionale che fin dall' arrivo ti fa sentire a casa propria con i suoi modi ineccepibili.Tornerei di nuovo a Viterbo per alloggiare in quella struttura.

Heerlijke plek zoals ik denk dat agri-turisme bedoeld is: Comfortabel logeren bij de boer!

Het agrarische karakter. Zitjes in het gras, uitzicht op wei, paardjes. Echt prima als je van landelijk houdt, zoals wij. Heerlijk onder een boom een boek lezen met een verrassingsdrankje van Elise, heel gastvrij!

Het was niet superluxe, eenvoudig, ook het ontbijt. De stoeltjes maakten het wat kantine-achtig. Andere stoelen zou het een wat warmere uitstraling geven.

Ottima posizione vicino alle terme dei papi e al centro di Viterbo. Silenzioso. Letto comodo, stanze abbastanza pulite. Buona accoglienza

Camera e bagno puliti ma doccia troppo piccola e scomoda (una persona robustanonm c'entra), senza nemmeno una mensolina o un gancio per appoggiare un sapone. Nessun sapone nel bidet (ancora con 2 rubinetti separati) ne nella doccia. Arredamento molto scarso. Ragnatele e ruggine fanno da arredamento. Abbiamo trovato 5 cimici svolazzanti in camera che ci hanno rovinato la notte. Colazione decisamente deludente, solo con dolcetti di supermercato. Pessima qualità. La signora ha cercato di dirci che su booking aveva specificato che la colazione salata era su richiesta ma non era assolutamente vero. La signora ci ha fatto uno sconto sul prezzo di 25 euro ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato. 104 euro è un prezzo eccessivo. Sconsiglio a tutti
