La colazione non c’era.Il gestore della struttura è una persona squisita e molto disponibile.Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio.Il residence si trova vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e funicolare per raggiungere Orvieto alta.

Great access to Old Town. Nice and convenient - next door to amazing bakery and funicular
Parking was convenient but quite tricky to park on the main road

It was clean and organized.
AC didn’t work at all, only a small puff of cold air, not enough to cool the apartment. And opening the window meant letting all the noise from the street in, so we had no choice.
The support for the shower had was loose. Taking a shower was not pleasant.
