A family second home feel with a five star breathtaking view.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs as a family with young children. The room was very spacious, much bigger than the pictures showed. They were very helpful to return some items i forgot-thank you! There are a nice details to the hotel, pieces of art, and places to relax outside your room. wifi was good

Margaritta was wonderful. The room had a breathtaking view. It was easy to go to the town of Bolsena to shop and sightsee. The dinner was delicious.

The location is incredible as our room and the restaurant have I credible views over the lake. The hotel director was incredibly sweet and kind. The restaurant food was delicious, highly recommended.

Breathtaking view, immersed in the quietness of nature near Lake Bolsena. Spacious room and very cordial hospitality by the lady at the reception!

Superb

Our room was lovely and the views over the lake were stunning. We appreciated the help with storing our bikes and the nice breakfast - again with stunning views.

Room was good - but: toilets do not work properly in the house! :-( Excuse was: "it's an old building...."). Location is good, unfortunatley the restaurant was closed on (Monday).

Charming, quiet hotel with magical lake views

Incredible location overlooking Lake Bolsena, with a view that simply can't be beaten. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed by the quality. The staff are extremely kind and the rooms individually decorated, giving the place a lot of charm.

The rooms are a little aged, though everything was very clean. Be aware that there are a lot of narrow stairs and no lift to rooms on the lower floors, though we were offered help with our luggage.

Fantastic view of the lake from the balcony of my room. Likewise from the restaurant. Very friendly owner and a very good restaurant. Large room and comfortable bed Reasonable breakfast

Would recommend at least 2-3 nights and even more in warm weather

This is one of the best places to enjoy the lake view. The staff is very helpfull, especially the owner Margherita who offered to pick us up on a Sunday when there was no bus from a village 30 mins drive away

Relax , un posto che ritempra lo spirito

Posizione eccellente, immersi a nel verde e nella natura con una vista lago mozzafiato , dall’alba al tramonto. Siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi nonostante ci fosse un evento in corso che li impegnava tanto ed è stata trovata la culla che pensavo di aver richiesto ( e invece me ne ero proprio dimenticata) in un batter d’occhio). La signora ci ha fatto stare in una stanza superiore a quella prenotata, situata al primo Piano, con le finestre ad arco su due lati di stanza che ci rendevano ancor più a contatto con la bellezza del posto.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, non c’è l’ascensore ale camere però le scale sono comunque riposate e in un attimo si è su.

La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa, ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire a casa. Colazione ottima e varia, abbiamo anche cenato ed era tutto buonissimo. La struttura è molto particolare e artistica, offre un panorama spettacolare. Abbiamo avuto modo di assistere al tramonto durante la cena! Stupendo! In camera tutto ok, se non che gli infissi non isolano bene perchè un po' datati e la notte è entrata un po' d'aria. Anche poco insonorizzata perché abbiamo sentito altri ospiti rientrare durante la notte.

Qualche lavoretto di manutenzione in camera da fare, ma nulla che influenzi l'esperienza positiva

In sosta per una notte siamo stati accolti dalla signora Margherita in un ambiente raffinato e familiare. La camera offriva una magnifica affaccio su lago, ottima e varia la colazione vista lago, e per ultimo il ristorante in cui abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti

Vista meravigliosa ma struttura non curata.

Vista stupenda

Il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno erogava pochissima acqua, lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno detto che nessuno sii era lamentato fino a quel momento. Doccia con tenda senza porta. Aperitivo pessimo con stuzzichini vecchi e mollicci, vino caldo. La colazione non l’abbiamo fatta perché viste le premesse abbiamo preferito non rischiare. Prezzo elevato per il servizio offerto.

Piacevole break dalla routine cittadina

La posizione eccezionale: direttamente affaciato sul lago con una vista fantastica, soprattutto nel pom con la luce del sole riflessa nel lago. Situato a pari distanza fra Bolsena e Capoodimonte permette di muoversi agilmente per raggiungere con facilità entrambe le località. Il prezo in linea con l'offerta. Da segnalare sicuramente la cortesia, l'attenzione e gentilezza della Signora Margherita, e la tenerezza della gattina Gina, che accolgono il cliente all'arrivo e lo "coccolano" con le loro attenzioni durante il soggiorno. Parcheggio esterno gratuito (seppur non grandissimo) molto apprezzato (consdirata la posizione, la struttura potrebbe tranquillamente richiedere un pagamento per il parcheggio a chi soggiorna).

La struttura è molto datata e necessiterebbe di una profonda ristrutturazione. I potenziali sono elevatissimi ma allo stato attuale la struttura non è in grado di dare al cliente quello che ci si potrebbe aspettare. Ottima ristorazione (abbiamo cenato, anche a prezzi piu che accettabili) mangiando piatti decisamente di buon livello, ma la colazione ad esempio non offre alternative salate al dolce (comunque di buon livello). Le dimensione della camera matrimoniale sono buone ma, ad esempio, manca il bidet in bagno e la doccia (non vasca) non ha una cabina ma una tendina decisamente scomoda. Qualche ragnatela sparsa qua e la e qualche disattenzione nella pulizia del bagno (ad esempio un asciugamano usato non rimosso) meriterebbero un po di attenzione in piu.
