Quiet pretty lakeside town

Nice place in new buiding. Good parking available and supermarket very close. Cute wee balcony.

The kitchen facilities are shared and there were no kitchen equipment to cook or eat there if you wanted to. It would be of been good (especially in hot weather) to have a small fridge in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable enough but the bed frame was not so great, and needed a couple more pillows.

Overpriced

Big free public parking just over the street

Old over washed towels that needs to be replaced, also the bedding. Bed was squeaky, mattress had springs feeling thrue the bedding. There is no normal door to the apartment, just sliding door. There is balcony, but no furniture. The breakfast is, but in the bar 350 meters away and you can order one coffee and one croissant. Not worth saying. The price for the apartment is like 30% overpriced considering other offers.

Hosts were friendly, obliging and helpful. Parking excellent. The property was beautifully presented and comfortable.

The breakfast was not provided on site but at a local cafe which was disappointing, with the only option being a pastry and a drink. The host was advised and mentioned that is what is available at the cafes. He did say they would try to improve. A suggestion may be to provide breakfast in the new communal kitchen/lounge area downstairs, which was very nice but not yet fully operational or equipped. There was a functioning fridge.

A wonderful and accommodating stay!

La Baia del Lago is a beautiful B&B. We travelled with a 1 year old and a dog and the host was very accommodating with a bed for the baby. The house is immaculate and the room and bathroom were perfect. The breakfast room downstairs was fantastic and had everything expected of a continental breakfast and was beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Marta

We had a very nice time staying at La Baia del Lago

The owners are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, actually the best we had in Italy! They allowed a larger dog as well and it seems like they really like animals so it is a great bonus for us! The app is nice, room was clean, there was lots of adorable small details just waiting to be seen. Its a short walk down to the lake and restaurants. If youre planning to look around the lake Bolsena this is the place you want to choose for a sleep over or even a longer staying !

A very friendly owner and daughter who speaks English, which made the check-in very easy. A spectacular clean apartment very a good breakfast included.

The apartment is located in a neighbourhood with dogs barking at night. Although advertised as a two bedroom apartment, the second room costed an extra €10.

Serata sul lago

Quello che più ci è piaciuto è la cordiale ospitalità della gentilissima Rita e il bellissimo pavimento in legno di olivo della camera. Letto confortevole, bagno fornito di tutto, posizione vicina al centro. Tutto quello che ci occorreva. Anche la parte giorno con cucina e bella sala d'ingresso è veramente gradevole, a parte l'acqua che in cucina mancava e non sapevamo come aprirla.

L'insonorizzazione del bagno non è ottimale, si sente troppo ciò che accade nel bagno della camera attigua. Inoltre non lo consiglio a chi avesse problemi motori, perché alla camera si accede solo tramite una scala con gradini abbastanza alti. Peccato, perché il posto è veramente ospitale e piacevole.

La stanza spaziosa e pulita così come il bagno. La possibilità di avere balcone e la posizione con ottima area parcheggio

Non mi è piaciuto, anche se ce ne è stata spiegata la motivazione, il fatto di fare un 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il bar dove veniva data la colazione. Forse bastava anche soltanto qualche prodotto confezionato, due succhi ed un cappuccino fatto con la macchinetta in struttura piuttosto che doversi sorbire un percorso a piedi per avere brioche e cappuccio seppur molto buoni

Breve vacanza di due coppie di amici

Siamo due coppie di amici e un cagnolino,abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura in due camere diverse, molto accoglienti, pulite, arredate con gusto, bagni perfetti e spaziosi, parcheggio fronte struttura sempre disponibile. La colazione si fa' in un bar convenzionato a 5 minuti a piedi vicino al lago.Da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, un ringraziamento particolare a Aurelio e Rita per le spassose chiacchierate e disponibilità a fornire indicazioni su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare. Ritorneremo molto volentieri Gabriele Patrizia Vittorio Rosetta e il nostro cagnolino Petro

Spędziliśmy relaksujący tydzień na pograniczu Lacjum i Toskanii. Samochód w tym rejonie konieczny.

Bardzo spokojne miejsce. Codziennie dostarczane produkty do zrobienia sobie śniadania. Wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu. Gospodarze bardzo mili, przyjaźni, pomocni przy pojawiających się problemach. Pokoje nowe, bardzo zadbane. Super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic.

Informacja na stronie nie powinna podawać, że śniadanie jest w cenie, tylko że produkty do przygotowania śniadania są w cenie. To delikatne nieporozumienie.

Latium und sein wunderbarer großer See sind immer eine Reise wert!

Ausgezeichnete und ruhige Lage am Südufer des Bolsenasees. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Montefiascone, Tuscania, Tarquinia, Caprarole, Sutri, Viterbo, rund um den See. Deshalb waren wir bereits das zweite Mal hier.

Marta e il lago di Bolsena. Da viverli.

La camera con bagno è in appartamento - villetta a schiera, in zona tranquilla, a circa 500 metri dal lago. Facile da raggiungere in auto, e ampi spazi per il parcheggio.

Non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la pubblicizzata "colazione eccellente". Il motivo era legato ad un "momento di ristrutturazione". Abbiamo goduto velocemente di caffè cappuccino e cornetto in un bar vicino al lago.

Buon posto dove soggiornare sul lago di Bolsena

Stanza ampia, spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Struttura in una buona posizione, vicino al lungolago di Marta, un bel posto dove svolgere piacevoli passeggiate o fermarsi a bere qualcosa.

La mancanza di possibilità di pagare con carta o di far pagare direttamente online, tramite Booking, poichè, al giorno d'oggi, non è ammissibile (e legale) accettare solo contanti.

Marta e il suo lago!

La struttura è nuova, con un bel patio esterno che nel periodo estivo è sicuramente ben gradito! Le stanze comode, come il letto... I gestori molto carini e disponibili.... A pochi passi dal lago e dal borgo!
