Beautiful property.
Loved the pools in different temperatures.
Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfortable- pillows were not! Too hard.
Breakfast was fine- just not my thing.
Nice to have to spa services. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay.
Need more hooks in the bathroom.

The whole spa area feels like a natural reserve, with hot thermal pools and jacuzzis scattered around the grounds, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We also booked massage treatments, which were at a very high professional level and added a lot to our stay.
However, the rooms themselves were very simple and did not feel particularly luxurious, especially for a 4-star hotel. They were fine for spending the night, but compared to the wonderful spa and outdoor areas, the accommodation felt a bit basic and could definitely be improved.

Hotel is nice enough and the restaurant is good
Half the thermal pools are empty / abandoned and the normal outdoor pools freezing. No real bar in the hotel, just a room with the lights turned off and no-one serving. It felt like the whole place was winding down for the winter, despite it being 25 degrees outside and October!
