Nice little guest house. Staff very accommodating to my late arrival due to transport delays. Room clean and simple, shower had ample hot water. Being autumn the AC wasn't needed, nor did I have time to use the small private terrace, but both are valuable extras. Complementary (DIY) tea/coffee and breakfast snacks in reception were appreciated. As were the nearby cafe and restaurant.

Nice and clean. I planned to walk arriving, but got picked up instead. That was very kind. It was to far to drag a heavy suitcase all the way. I appreciated that a lot. The house was a further away from the center then i expected. Took me around 25 walk to the city center. The area feels like a bit like a suburb. All in all it was ok.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay.

A pleasant and restful place, especially when the whole apartment is booked by one family or a group of friends, as it is a ground floor flat turned into 4 or 5 rooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a common space with a kitchenette, majority of rooms have an outdoor space. There is a welcoming bakery/cafe practically next door. The building is in a green residential area about 25 minutes on foot from the station and 40-50 minutes from the lake.

One of our group had a room without a window. Supposedly it was a wardrobe turned into a single room. That could only work if the whole apartment is rented by one group and even then is a serious minus. People tend to expect windows and natural light in the rooms they rent. Bracciano guest house does not need to damage its reputation with this kind of surprise. It is otherwise a very welcoming place.

Location was good. City was amazing. Stuff was very cool. Did not charge extra for late arrival. Had parking spots. Food around was amazing. Worth every cent

The shower was good. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very humid and there were some spots with mould. The room was also very small with not enough furniture. Not very clean. Tiny TV.

Coffee was nice, well decorated rooms and even a mini terrace. The location ir great and the locals there are welcoming as well.

The bathroom was a bit funny and small, but it wasn’t that bad.

Great staff, shame the room wasn’t finished

The Sri Lankan young man who welcomed us was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The apartments are in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from Bracciano. There is good air con and free parking.

The room whilst well decorated, was unfinished. There were electricity cables coming out of wall, the hob on the cooker didn’t light, so we had to go out to buy a lighter. Some of the exterior rendering is unfinished. There was minimal equipment in the kitchenette. I hope they can finish the room as the property does have a lot of potential.

Ottima soluzione a Bracciano, camere private, personale ultra gentile, pulito e spazioso.

Zona con parcheggio, area verde, bar/pasticceria nelle vicinanze. Al Check In il ragazzo molto gentile ci ha illustrato tutto e anche mandato una lista di posti consigliati per mangiare! Inoltre erano c'erano caffè, micronde e merendine offerte dalla struttura <3 La nostra stanza aveva un piccolo spazio esterno (semi) privato con tavolo e sedie dove fare colazione ed è stato super rilassante, la camera era spaziosa, il bagno privato, venivano dati asciugamani vari morbidi e puliti e c'era l'aria condizionata. Suuper consigliato!

I vicini di stanza della prima notte erano RUMOROSISSIMI, dei veri maleducati. Il loro comportamento ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura, ma comunque devo dire che forse perchè proprio nella stanza adiacente riuscivamo a sentire i loro discorsi (e le loro risate urlate in piena notte) nitidamente, insieme al rumore dell'acqua della doccia (per fortuna non altro ahahaha), ma essendo un ostello non ci lamentiamo e poi una volta andati via è andato tutto perfettamente!

Personale serio, gentile e disponibilissimo! le camera sono molto pulite e accoglienti, dotate di TV e wifi gratutito. La posizione (per il mio viaggio di lavoro) è ottima e strategica! Ampio parcheggio in loco, bar a 10 metri per fare colazione!Insomma posto altamente consigliato!

Assenza del bidet sostituito dall' idro jet e saliscendi della doccia da revisionare non riusciva a tenere il telefono della doccia in posizione letto un pò rumoroso

Colazione "self service" della quale non ho usufruito. A circa 5o metri ottimo bar pasticceria per la prima colazione, aperitivo ed apericena.

Nel bagno mancano alcuni accessori come il porta carta igenica ed un portasciugamani vicino al lavandino. Una coperta e cuscini più "comodi" . Ottima invece la possibilità di usufruire, con pagamento modesto, del box auto al seminterrato.

Lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione per il futuro.

Della colazione non posso dir nulla non avendone usufruito. Struttura molto ben tenuta, estremamente pulita e ordinata. William ci ha accolto all'ingresso (in precedenza mi aveva inviato un Whatsapp con una serie di informazioni utili per il soggiorno). Si trova in una posizione piuttosto decentrata (vicino al CONAD), ma c'è facilità di parcheggio in strada e, in ogni caso, il centro si raggiunge in auto in cinque minuti.
