Very good customer service. Location was the center of town, breakfast good.

Lack of parking facilities!!!! Had to park 100+ meters away, behind several rows of buildings/ blocks, in a public lot, which was free. This was disappointing, as I ran a "free parking" search in google. There was also no elevator and we, two 60+ year olds climbed two sets of steps (one set circular!) Also the toilet was right next to the corner/ wall.

A lovely hotel with a warm and helpful staff.

A small and charming hotel. Not very luxurious, but it definitely meets all the needs and is spacious. The location is excellent — close to the train station and the castle. The hotel staff is lovely, always smiling and always ready to help and offer recommendations.

The hotel is outdated in design. The water pressure isn’t strong, but there is always hot water.

Central location and lovely staff

This place is a gem in the heart of beautiful Bracciano! A nice old building in the centre of town. Very close to the amazing castle and a few minutes walk to the train station.

Rooms are very simple, but comfortable.

One of the best hospitality services ever!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. In the rooms and also the rest of the space. Amazing staff, best receptionist ever, Alessandro! He helped us with everything and had all the patience in the world! If we will be back in Bracciano, this is definitely the place we will always choose to stay!

Cheap, comfortable, clean and friendly!

The hotel is renovated and perfectly clean. The location is optimal for the town - very near to the railway & bus stations, and just under the castle. Restaurants, bars and cafes are all around the place. The wifi is stable and strong in every corner of the hotel. Extremely friendly owners. Highly recommended!

La posizione centrale, la cortesia del personale, la pulizia delle stanze e delle aree comuni, la colazione. Le stanze carinissime e nuove, solo qualche particolare da migliorare ma comunque tutto risolvibile.

Nel bagno mancavano degli appendini per asciugamani ed il rubinetto del lavabo era troppo lungo rispetto al lavandino. Nell'armadio mancava la staffa per attaccare le stampelle. Peccato per questi piccoli ma importanti dettagli (risolvibilissimi) altrimenti avrei dato cinque stelle su tutto.

Dimensioni bagno irrisorie, forse 3 mq, mancanza del bidet,(non ci sarebbe mai entrato) lavandino minuscolo, mancavano persino i ganci per appendere le tovaglie. Non si puo' offrire servizi igienici cosi' piccoli.

Personale molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione.

Siamo stati fortunati con il parcheggio trovato di fronte ma a pagamento (linee blu). Assenza del bidet e lavandino un po' troppo piccolo. Manca bastone per appendere abiti dentro all' armadio

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo albergo per un matrimonio. Albergo a 260 mt dal duomo e dal Castello Odescalchi. Personale accogliente gentile, sorridente ed educato! Stanza pulita. L'albergo mi è piaciuto molto! Colazione a buffet dolce e salato soddisfacente. Ritornerei volentieri.
