Charming agriturismo with a lovely host

Martina was so kind and helpful, she gave us a wonderful welcome and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with easy access by car to Orvieto and surrounding medieval towns.

The room is in an older farm building, which is very romantic, but it’s a little dark inside and without the beautiful views found elsewhere on the property. That said, it was a great value and we didn’t spend much time inside as there was so much to do in the surrounding area!

Beautiful location, warm and welcoming host

Our stay was wonderful. Martina was a very kind and welcoming host, and the apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The view over Orvieto was spectacular, and the little terrace the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom clean and the bedroom very comfortable. The traditional style of the decor and furniture was very charming. The location was peaceful and felt secluded, but it’s only a short drive into Orvieto, and is a great base from which to explore the rest of Umbria. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to come back again!

Very clean and quiet, spacious apartment. Small kitchen for the breakfast of your own. Orvieto pretty near and some good restaurants, too.

The holiday farm is found in a strategic location indeed it is very close to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio and the Bolsena lake. It is a very cozy and relaxing place where it is so nice to come back to after a long day of visiting different places. The owner of the property was very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic location with formidable view. Clean well cared for premises with everything that you need. Friendly and welcoming hosts. An oasis to relax in after a long hot day. The family restaurant La Pergola in Orvieto is a cosy place which serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Will be back :)

Un studio agréable, bien situé. À recommander.

Très bon accueil du couple hôte, très sympathique. L'emplacement pour visiter Orvieto est excellent, à 10mn en voiture, sur une route pratique pour accéder au parking voiture (ascenseur et escalator) permettant de monter à la vieille ville. Le studio est propre, bien agencé, décoré avec goût et équipé de tout ce qu'il faut (jolie vaisselle...)

L'éclairage pourrait être amélioré : les éclairages indirects ne permettent pas de lire facilement (il faut tout allumer pour y voir). (Quand on n'y habite pas, on ne s'en rend peut-être pas compte).

Nette, ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Oriveto.

Die Lage am Gegenhang ermöglicht einen märchenhaften Blick auf die Stadt Orvieto. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Bad ist schmal, aber für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausreichend. Für die Abendgestaltung ist ein Auto notwendig.

Der Zugang zur Terrasse hat leider einen großen Stufen. Wir konnten aber über den Gartenbereich diese Erhöhung ausweichen (Rollstuhl).

Fomos muito bem recebidos por Martina e por Giulia (cachorrinha). O quarto é ótimo, bem limpinho e tem uma cozinha muito boa que usamos muito bem para o café da manhã. A localização é perfeita. Perto do centro de Orvieto e de restaurantee e mercados. Eu voltaria com certeza.
