The location was perfect - minutes away from the village of Orvieto. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Shower was strong and the water was hot.

Friendly staff
It was so noisy. Constant motorway noise, train noise, a few airplanes. Could hear each guest when they returned in the main door. Could hear guests in their rooms. Had a guest try to get in our room 2 times. Pillows were old and thin-bedding ancient. Booked due to shuttle to station that did not exist. Generally scruffy
