La posizione

TV rotta. Niente accappatoio né pantofole. Puzza terribile in bagno. Acqua calda praticamente inesistente. Nessuna risposta alle mie telefonate. Spazi gestiti molto male. Prese elettriche vetuste e non funzionanti bene. Prezzo esagerato per quello che offre.

Das Personal was sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Direkt vorm Hauseingang fahren Busse (z.B. Linie 8) ins Zentrum (ca. 10 min) Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Frühstück. Es gab Zwieback, Kekse und Cornflakes. Im Kühlschrank war eine angebrochene Packung Milch.

La ubicación, parking público cerca para el coche y habitación cuidada

Hubo ciertos inconvenientes durante nuestra estancia que terminaron con 2 personas entrando en la habitación equivocada mientras estábamos dentro. Cosas de compartir casa con personas que no se dan cuenta de qué habitación abren, supongo. La dueña trató de compensar con un descuento futuro, que la verdad no usaremos, hubiera sido mejor otro tipo de solución.

Remise du code non effectuée la veille comme promis, il a fallu que je sollicite le loueur qui ne répondait pas, alors que j'etais dejà arrivé. Je n'ai pu rentrer dans le logement que tardivement. C'est regrettable. La dame qui nous a reçu ensuite était tres sympathique et professionnelle

Camere pulite ed essenziali. Peccato per l'acqua calda.

Camere come da descrizione, pulite e con tutto il necessario (bidet escluso). Personale disponibile e risposte celeri prima del soggiorno.

Il punteggio che assegno a questa struttura è dovuto principalmente all’impossibilità di fare una doccia calda nell’unica notte in cui ho soggiornato. Il sistema prevede un unico boiler per tutte le stanze e, di conseguenza, se altri ospiti fanno la doccia in orari ravvicinati, non è possibile disporre di acqua calda e occorre attendere a lungo. Ritengo che questo sistema sia poco professionale e inadeguato per una struttura ricettiva. Avrei compreso se si fosse trattato di un guasto occasionale — in tal caso non avrei nemmeno lasciato una recensione — ma qui si tratta di un limite strutturale che rischia di compromettere uno dei bisogni primari degli ospiti.

Instalaciones modernas y reformadas y todos los servicios.

Nada más llegar nos dijeron que nos habían estado esperando 2h, cuando indicamos nuestra hora de llegada. Nos pidieron pagar las tasas de turismo en efectivo, sin saber si eran ciertas o no. El segundo día, nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, siendo un baño compartido para 3 habitaciones.

Buen apartamento compartido.

El apartamento es amplio y, aunque las zonas comunes son compartidas con otro huésped, estaba bien dotado y con detalles de bienvenida. Son tres habitaciones que se alquilan por separado y tienen un baño y una cocina compartido.

Tuvimos que esperar 45' en la calle, lloviendo, después de haberle avisado con 30' de antelación de nuestra llegada. Y tras varias explicaciones sin sentido.
