Not that good..unfortunately..

▪︎on a positive note the bed size was excellent. ▪︎It was positive that there was a bidet, but this is common in Italy.

▪︎It was too cold in the kitchen. We tried switching the heating on in the kitchen unfortunately it didn't work. When we left our bedroom to go to the bathroom it was freezing. ▪︎When we wanted to take a shower in the evening there was no warm water as it was a shared bathroom and others have used the warm water already. ▪︎There were no side tables in the bedroom to put our things on. No carpets. The floor was cold. We had to leave the electric heating on the whole day so that the room stays warm when we came back in the evening. ▪︎The room felt like prison. It could have really become much better if there was furniture. ▪︎Not enough hangers to hang our clothes. ▪︎There was a very noisy beep sound every 2-3 minutes coming from the kitchen which was very disturbing during the night. ▪︎it was very difficult to find the place because there were no signs as you can see in the picture. ▪︎There were only 2 small portions of some soap. It wasn't clear if it was soap or shampoo. ▪︎There was a camera in the kitchen pointed directly at the table which was very uncomfortable for us. ▪︎There was a smell in the bed which was very disturbing. ▪︎The sound of the doors of other rooms was noisy. ▪︎There was mold in the bathtoom as you can see in the photos uploaded. ▪︎There were no curtains only window blinds. And when we opened the windows the Garbadge outside was directly near the window. ▪︎ There was no Shampoo and toilet articles in the bathroom. The photos on the booking.com are very misleading.

It was comfortable, a bit far away from centre

The room was big, comfortable bed and pillows, TV. Easy check in. Nice and clean.

The water in the shower was lukewarm at best! I messaged the staff about it but was ignored. The bedding was summer linen so I was quite cold - a thicker doona or blanket for the cooler months would be nice as the room itself is quite cold. The heating did work well though. Some hooks in the shared bathroom and bedroom would be good for towels and things! No Bins in the kitchen ..

Good location to the center but a place where you can't sleep

The location was pretty good, near to shops and restaurants

The noisiest accommodation I've ever stayed at. There is a bar attached to the accommodation. You can hear music... There is a shared kitchen that other guests choose to use at 1 am. There is not always hot water. The beds do not have bedside tables

1.The room was right near the entrance to the restaurant and it was very noisy when the clients left and the staff locked the restaurant. 2.Quiet hours didn't apply. 3. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. 4. Very thin interior walls so we could hear everything that other guests spoke. 5. Whoever was staying there (I believe that were the staff from the restaurant) started cooking in the middle of the night and the smell of their food was everywhere plus they were very noisy. After cooking, they started cleaning in the improvised kitchen until 01:30. House rules were not applied. 6. A lot of mould in the bathroom (on the bottom walls and on the curtains). 7. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was comprised from a 2 singles making a double bed. 8. The security door device have had a blue light that couldn't be turned off so not very comfortable during the night.

there’s just lot of noise which comes in the morning when people wake up or walk around the windows . so you’d be forced to wake up early

Convenient, neat, and cozy place for travellers.

Self-check-in is a kind of convenient and simple method I liked. And the facility is great in the aspects of cleanness and coziness. The location is good because you can go to the main road, marts, and restaurants by walk. I enjoyed my stay.

Self check-in system. It is easy and fast

Very noisy. We could even listen to other rooms conversations. If someone enters the building, they will wake you up even if they try to be silent. The beds didn’t have enough bedclothes/blankets. For the shower we only had 1 small package of Shower Gel/Champoo

Really poor soundproofing, slept here 3 nights and not single one I slept throughout whole night (because of the noise coming from people from nearby restaurant or other guests coming in or out). No night tables for charging your phone, not so clean bathroom and feel that there is not enough toilet paper. Also not enough shelfs/towel racks in shared bathroom to comfortably go and shower.

Staff was very helpful with the accomodating . Very fast and understandable explanation about getting inside the property . Room was very clean , kitchen was very good with all the stuff needed for cooking , bathroom very clean . If i go to Bergamo again , definitely i'll visit again !
