The location of this property is a significant advantage, particularly its proximity to Citta Alta. We were fortunate to experience an exceptional concert on Sunday, which we were able to enjoy simply by opening our window.
1) The air conditioning units are exclusively located in the bedrooms and operate at a significant/impossible noise level, making sleep difficult without ear protection, especially given external temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the absence of air conditioning in the kitchen and living room rendered these areas nearly unusable. 2) While aware of the lack of an elevator, the exceptionally shallow stair risers presented an unexpected and considerable challenge. 3) A simple inquiry posed on the day of arrival remained unanswered until the following day, and only after multiple follow-up communications from my end.
