The owner was very friendly. We haven't met in person, just chatted on WhatsApp, but still, they were very helpful and kind.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom (my room had a private one) was good, although there is still room for improvement.
The room definitely needs a refresh. It's quite "raw", and could be more soundproofed (internally). TV quality is rather poor.

We really liked the bed, it was very comfy. The room was big and the terrace was a nice addition. The bathroom was clean.
However, the noises from the shared space and bathroom were insane. I mean, I know it's other's people fault to not respect other guests, but it was annoying to be woken up each day with sounds of flushing toilet or very loud coffee machine.
