Rial Maison

The best thing is the people, everyone was super nice and when we had a delay due to train issues they were very understanding and waited for us. They mentioned that you are able to leave your luggage for a price, which we don’t know as they offer it to us as a courtesy although he did not end up using it. The room is nice and quiet, we did not hear anyone, and the bed was super comfy. Great shower pressure and there were some snacks complimentary. It is located on an upper floor, and the check in is coordinated with them so someone can check you in. A very good place to stay in Bérgamo and get to know the city as everything was quite close.

Daniel was friendly, welcoming and helpful. He provided plenty of information about local facilities and restaurants. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The common area had a microwave, coffee machine and fridge which was really useful. Location was great both for accessing transport links but also for easy access into the centre of Bergamo. Daniel was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out as we had a flight late in the day.

Only downside was pretty continuous noise from another property out back, when they weren't pressure washing they were building something - led to pretty interrupted sleep unfortunately. Not the fault of anyone at Rial Maison, just unfortunate.

Nice spacious room and good location near train station. Responsive and nice host.

I had to pay in bank transfer or money. Big staircase but I received help.
