Fantastic

If I could, I would give a rating of 20! Wonderful attitude toward guests—discreet, yet you always know there’s someone you can rely on if needed. Impeccable cleanliness! A large room, a spacious bathroom, a nice breakfast that you can enjoy whenever you choose. Coffee and tea are available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Everything has been thought of. Bergamo is a beautiful city. The apartment’s location is about a 20-minute walk from the central area, 30 minutes to the old town, and 30 minutes to the train station on foot. If you don’t feel like walking, there is convenient and regular public transport. We had a fantastic time! Grazie mille, Simone! P&S

Amazing place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at City Walls Guest House. Simone and his team, including dear Nonna Giuliana, were truly exceptional hosts. You can genuinely feel the care and love they put into every detail. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Although our bathroom was external, it was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean, not an issue at all. Everything was spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast is simple but prepared with so much care and delicacy. The little baskets are adorable, the products are high quality, and everything is replenished daily. You really notice the thoughtful touch behind it. The location is very convenient: about a 25-minute walk from the train station, but there is a bus stop just 2 minutes from the property. It’s easy to move around even with luggage; the buses are spacious and the station has lockers, which makes exploring the city center very practical. The guesthouse is close to the main avenues, making it very easy to reach the funicular to Città Alta, and there are excellent restaurants nearby.

We honestly have nothing negative to say. It was a beautiful experience, and we would gladly return.

Very good apartment in Bergamo

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The apartment is in new building with a nice location about 30 minutes walk from the train station and the Old town! The owner is very kind and helpful!

Very nice apartment and very friendly staff. Simone was very willing to let us leave our bags in the apartment before check-in time, gave us recommendations and was available when needed. Thank you very much for everything, we enjoyed our stay a lot. :)

Great place in Bergamo

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The window shutters were perfect for darkening the room to sleep. We had a very early flight and breakfast was still provided for us which was very much appreciated! Simone was an excellent host, giving a warm welcome and detailed instructions and recommendations including organising our taxi to the airport. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely return. Thanks Simone!

The apartment was very comfy and clean. Spotless clean. Bus stop 100 metres it will take to the city centre in 8 minutes or to bus/train station in 10 minutes. Aldi around the corner. Great pizza 200 metres.

Great professionalism and nice place for a stay in Bergamo

Communication with the host was great - professional, all information was delivered on time. Place was clean, beds are comfortable. Key exchange was arranged professionally. Area where guest house is located is residential (safe, bright, easy to access from city). Breakfast was provided in the room (but we could enjoy it with the morning coffee in the dedicated area of kitchen). Complementary water.

The bathroom access was dedicated to our room only, however still the bathroom was across the hall (a little uncomfortable).

Bergamo break on way to Milan.

Lovely clean hotel where the management could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Easy to reach from airport on bus no1 and then bus no 8 which drops you 1 min from the hotel. Bergamo itself is a great place to stay and walk around. Simone and his lady manager who i am afraid we did get the name of did anything they could to help in any way. We would certainly stay there again if we are in Bergamo!

Excellent budget trip.

Excellent location just 15 minute walk into Bergamo or on the bus route. (Number 8 goes to the train station for just 1.5 euros or change at the train station for the number 1 to the airport for just 2.6 euros

Really friendly check in process, then we were ledt to our own devices. There's an Aldi just round the corner, and it's only a few minutes walk into town. Would happily stay here again.

Tea pot with different kinds of tea in the room Spacious bathroom Good shampoo and gel for personal higiene Capsule coffee machine with milk foam maker- very tasty. Safe according to COVID restrictions. Fridge in the room Breakfast in the room if paid Nice area, circa 30 min by foot to upper city and 15-20min by foot to the center of lower city. Upper city is more beautiful I think. Comfortable working place if you need to work from the room
