A very pleasant stay!

It was a really pleasant stay. A very nice host, who even suggested for an early check-in, if we wanted to, which was really considering! Everything was clean, and it was really comfortable.

Could be a bit uncomfortable for the people higher than 1.80m, because of the low ceiling, but that's not a big deal.

Nice, quiet place and kind owner

Francesca, the owner, is such a nice and kind person! I really appreciate we could leave luggage at the place after check out. The room and bathroom was very clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioning working as expected. Very nice and quiet place, Aldi market nearby. Highly recommended.

It may be an issue for some ppl that the place is quite far from the city center but for us the walks were not a problem

The people working at this place are absolutely lovely! I could check in before the given time, and she checked in with me to see if everything was okay. The place was clean and tidy and everything I was looking for! I would definitely stay at this place again!

It is outside of city center, but for us everything was reachable by foot. For less sport there is a bus station near by. Keys handover and generally communication with the host is simply great.

Disappointing

Be careful with the pictures it can be delusional the ceiling is very low! The bed is small, it did not fit me and i an an average height. Me and my girlfriend were struggling moving in the apartment at all times. If you are staying here be prepared to walk with your head down at all times, even in the bathroom. Even doing so i hit my head a few times. It is absurd this room was made an apartment for rent, at most it should be used as a storage area because of the ceiling. Take care

The hostess was super friendly and helpful, she understands multiple languages so the communication was easy. She gave us excellent tips to enjoy our short stay in the city to the fullest. The cleanliness of the room was good and the location was very convenient. The room has everything we need to enjoy Bergamo!

It was very clearly described in the ad, however, after traveling for many weeks and wanting to enjoy the city in a more leisurely pace, at the end of the day you have to save some extra energy to climb the stairs to the top floor. You also have to be very careful with the ceiling because they are very low and you can hurt yourself.

Great stay with awesome location!

We had a short stay in the apartment but it was very nice and would definitely recommend it. The location is great, just 20 minute walk to the center, super close to bus stop. The room was cozy and comfortable. The host is super nice. There is a chance to leave baggage after the check out.

It was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The owner seemed very nice.

You can see in the pictures, it is in the attic, so it's not so convenient of you are taller than 165cm. Also, if you have a big luggage, mind the stairs. Yet, we were there just for one night, so we didn't mind, and we would stay there again. However

Bergamo is a lovely city and this is great accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, welcoming and nicely detailed. I felt good as soon as I walked in. The location was good (in Bergamo Bassa) but close to buses etc. The staff were very friendly, allowed me to arrive early and helped me with my luggage. The roof opening in the bedroom and bathroom enabled lots of fresh air to circulate so no need for AC (although there is one). I was able to do a lot of walking both in the city and outside in nature via the staircases.

It didn't bother me but if a guest was really tall, they might have trouble with the sloped ceiling, which is very low in parts. There is nothing else that I can think of.
