We liked the location of the place, it was very clean and there was a water machine and a coffee machine that we used every day.
The only thing that was a bit of nuisance was the outlets. I had the big round adapter and it wouldn’t fit in the outlets, but it was a very small issue.

Great location for visiting both Bergamo Bassa and Alta within minutes; apart from that, it was very clean.

Clean, organised. Just what you expect from an airbnb. My room had a shared bathroom but that didn’t bothered me. I was aware of it.

The property is clean and the location is goos
It is a very difficult way to get in. You need to type three codes to be inside your room and do self check in. It's tiring every time. I requested to extend the check out for 2 hrs due to a situation and was told upfront it was not possible. Every hotel worldwide has the option to pay extra if you need late check in. I was told to come back and vacate the room otherwise they will charge me a fee ( I wasn't given this option upfront). I found it unprofessional and rude.
