Everything was superb. Nothing went wrong and a big plus that we were able to get the room around 10am witch was a huge help because we arrived in Bergamo around 7am and could leave our bags and get an early start.

I had a small cosy and not very sunny room with comfortable bed and TV. The coffee machine was on my disposition and the staff was providing coffee capsules once per day. The location was good 15 min walking to city center of the new town and 30 min walking from the old historical town of Bergamo. I didn't have a personnel contact with the staff, except of the housekeeper, who was really kind. All check in was done electronically.
Probably the shared bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good.
There was mold in multiple places (bathroom, dressing room). Also, there were some issues with the light in the bedroom, it would randomly close and reopen.
