Good for one night, unhealthy for more.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good.

There was mold in multiple places (bathroom, dressing room). Also, there were some issues with the light in the bedroom, it would randomly close and reopen.

It was my second booking here, but wasn't for me, it was for an auntie. I really appreciated the cleanliness and location.

My auntie got a room next to the bathroom and the sound proof in that room is not good.

Single bed mattress felt old and way too used and soft. 1 bathroom to share with 6 other rooms is not what one should expect A visible black mold spot on the ceiling was too big to go unnoticed. Just be honest. Mold is a health threat and should be taken seriously.

Recommended!

The room was clean, we had plenty for towels, the pillows and mattress were comfortable. Upon walking in the facility there is a coffee machine and tea bags available, and a water dispenser which is great. I would recommend.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear our room neighbours at night... and we stayed for 2 night and has only 2 coffee capsules (did not get a restock of those) it could have been nice, but it is not a big deal.

Bathroon wise it's a bit difficult

The room was smelling cigarette. The bathroom was shareable and I waited for a woman for her showering at least 15 min. there were 2 shareable bathrooms but one was locked. Bathroom wise it is not easy

One night stay in Bergamo

The automated check-in service, allowing late check-in. It came in handy, as I was arriving late from the airport. The bed was super comfy (viscoelastic mattress and pillow), which I definitely appreciated.

The room had a shared bathroom with another room, not a big fan of that. But at a lower price point than comparable stays, I was ok with the deal. The shared bathroom was clean and modern looking, so nothing really to complain about.

Good value for money quiet room on the edge of town.

The apartment was very modern and clean and had great aircon for the hot and humid nights. The host was very friendly. There is a Lidl very close by with everything you could want - but there are no cooking facilities besides the microwave and kettle in the room.

There was a hob but no utensils or saucepans to actually cook. Staff said the kitchen was for breakfast only but that isn't made clear when booking. The location is quite far from town, but there is a bus that runs until about 8.30pm up from the centre - in the heat the walk takes longer than the 25 minutes google maps suggests.

An ideal place to stay for a short stay. Beautiful city

It was very comfortable and outside the room it had everything your might need such as a microwave, cold and hot water for tea and coffee.

The only negative thing I could possibly say was that my first room had a fridge so I bought milk etc and when they moved me to another room there was no fridge. I also think it would be safer to know if other people are staying in the premises at the same time. This is really down to the unlikely scenario there is a fire or anything happens .

Clean location, they had a bathroom for every 2 rooms. I didn't feel like I was sharing the bathroom anyway, it was very clean. The self check-in available 24/24 is a big plus. All in all, it was a great stay for one night.

This hotel is located very conveniently. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and the self check-in is quite straightforward also thanks to the explanatory video. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
