It was a great location for walking into town and to the seafront. Ruth was very helpful with any queries before we arrived.
As much as I love children, I could hear the family in their adjoining house and the kids were a little loud in the morning.

The property was well situated for us to walk into Sidmouth for evening meals, etc. It was comfortably furnished. The continental breakfast was very good.
We found the double bed too small (4ft 6ins?), We prefer a 5ft bed.
