A friendly welcome and everything you need for a single person, or a couple who only require a small room and bathroom. Plus an excellent shower that I could have stayed in all day. The lack of space was well managed, and there was room for two people to sit around the built-in foldaway table.
No television was unusual, but hardly a problem these days.
