This is our 6th stay at The Blue Ball Inn and always look forward to staying when we escape to Sidmouth. Rooms are wonderful with everything you need. The food in the restaurant is wonderful with a great menu. Breakfast was delicious (& we even got some extra pastries to take for the journey home!)
Nothing we didn't like! We had a problem with getting the TV to work and someone came up straight away to help.

Good location
Limited amount of food available from evening menu and what we had was not particularly edible. The menu contained items that werent available. Lamb and pasta was off..in the end had fish and chips and ham egg and chips! Ham hock was inedible. Bloaters chip shop would have been better and cheaper. No atmosphere in the bar only one beer available on arrival..went to the Rising Sun which was cheaper and much better for a few drinks. On arrival tv did not work in room, so had to ask manager for help. Also had to create a sky wifi account to access wifi after asking at reception. Also on arrival, we accidentally went in to the bar area that did not allow dogs. The reception we had was not welcoming because of this. All in all, it was not a good stay and we felt we were an inconvenience.
