Would not return and would not go back.

Nice room

They said the dining room was open at 7 o’clock at night when we arrived. It was pitch black! there was nobody there! We went back to the reception desk she said follow me and she was shocked. Nobody was there. The place was completely dark. We just wanted a glass of wine and a beer. The wine was terrible. Riunite Lambrusco is a very low-grade wine that I was introduced to when I started college! The appetizer offerings were very limited. We got nachos with cheese. An extremely small portion the cheese was drizzled cold… Tasteless. None of it was worth the money that we paid. We could not take a shower because I did not want to wash my hair. The showerhead was in the middle of the shower and there was no way I could’ve taken a shower without getting my hair wet. Never experienced that before.!! The place was so quiet. I asked if we were the only guest she said oh no there are four other rooms inhabited tonight. 4 other rooms on a Saturday night!!!

Bad stay in a hotel that is NOT ready for guests while still being finished.

The hotel is not done being built. It’s currently under construction. None of the amenities listed were available. No terrace. No outdoor space. No elevator. No coffee. There was a room with no windows being used as “restaurant.” The menu and prices were ridiculous. Barely anything listed was available. It was a really bad experience.

Un poco incómoda por las situaciones que se dieron

Que no tienen cafetera en la habitación le pedimos a recepción si podían calentar agua y nunca llegó y tuve una situación en el hotel estaban unos tipos borrachos en el lobby y nos faltaron al respeto nos dijieron que cuanto cobrábamos y después uno de ellos estaba tocando la puerta de nuestra habitación

La temática del hotel es increíble, el personal muy atento y buena onda. Todo estuvo limpio y listo para usarse. La ubicación conecta en una vía rápida lo cual nos permitió fácil acceso a las vialidades principales de la ciudad.

La cama , cojines y blancos excelente calidad , a parte súper limpio

El agua un poco tibia , no sale 100 por ciento Caliente en la habitación 315 , y yo creo que sería importante agregar desayuno con la estancia , de ahí en fuera , excelente lugar lo recomiendo al 100
