Such an amazing hotel, and also the staff

Everything, they saved me after the Casa inn Hotel canceled my reservation minutes ago before I arrived in Queretaro. They have such an amazing hotel with clean rooms and amazing breakfast, the area is nice and the mall has everything you need! Their hospitality was the best I could asked for after the bad experience with the other hotel!

Comfortable, convenient, near historic center.

Excellent breakfast with cook in person making eggs to taste. The hotel is integrated with the mall that had wide variety of stores, restaurants, banks. Some English proficient staff available.

I forgot to use the pool and gym.

location, rooms, the cooker at the breakfast. Great!!

rooms dirty with dust, bathroom without proper hygiene. floors stained or dirty. cant tell. Hair all over the shower floor. there was only one cooker. He was overloaded with work. the hotel needs 2 for breakfast

nightmare

the staff is very nice

the shower was all clogged and the water started coming out from the shower. we arrived very late due an event we’ve had nearby and it was not easy at all to locate the hotel coming from the parking lot, it was a nightmare and the receptionist did nothing to help us locating the hotel, we were walking through the mall until an officer helped us out.

Awesome View

The view was just awesome, the room was clean and the the king size bed was just perfect

The room temperature was difficult to adjust, closer to the windows was very hot, and during the day turning off the AC was not an option. Using double glass windows should help to cool the room. The sink had also a bad smell and we had to keep the stopper close all the time.

Started off horribly and got better from there.

Overall a nice place to stay and the location is nice too.

We had let them know when we were getting there and to pls a have a room available after traveling for 20 hours to get there. Our room wasn't ready for about 4 or 5 hours. We were so tired we just sat in lobby that whole time. Terrible experience and they told us they saw the notes on the reservation too. We had to wait a couple hours after normal check in time too. Besides the shaky start it was a nice place to stay.

Location. Staff is friendly

Hotel is new but it is a little bit messy to arrive by car. Not enough directions/signs about where to park for check in. Expensive parking

Stayed on business trip with multiple colleagues. Location excellent and hotel is clean, comfortable, and staff were service oriented particularly helping. Breakfast nice.

Not Perfect but close

Staff. Regina is wonderful! She will do anything to make your stay comfortable! Location. It’s In the biggest mall in QRO! Food. Chef Jose is amazing! So much good food offered every morning.

Noise from next room kept me awake till 1:30 an. and night manager wouldn’t stop them after 3 requests. Also noise from weight room when they would drop the weights over and over. sounded like thunder.
