Good option for an unexpensive stay

Good but can be noisy sometimes.

Breakfast is improved since prior visit. Coffee machine and mini-fridge appreciated. Restaurant right next door, very convenient.

Noisy, too close from highway. The bedside lamp includes an alarm clock that no one has been able to reprogram ;-(

Friendly staff/clean

The location was great, the bus stop was a few minutes away, the restaurant right next door, and the bank right across the street. Many food vendors near the area. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. it's definitely worth that add-on when staying at NH Hotel. There are many options to choose from and fresh made eggs to your liking scrambled, omlettes, fresh fruit, augas frescas, pan dulce, veggies, toast just about anything for a great breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was a small issue we had on the first night we arrived. We had gone to bed early as it was a long day of travel that first night, but we had been woken up by a knock on our door around 9pm by the whom I assumed was the manager and security guard because there was a noise complaint from someone that was saying we were being loud and noisy but we had been asleep since 7pm due to a long day of travel. The rest of the night, we were unable to sleep because we could hear noise from the surrounding rooms, and we were just uncomfortable after being awakened by the staff. This was the only part we didn't enjoy.

the price I ended up paying was higher than the quoted booking price online. I wasn't happy about that but I was so tired as it was almost midnight and I'd been traveling for 16hours. I wanted to rest.

A dissapointing stay.

Building is fine. Room No. 212, its aspect is fine. TV superb. Temperature of the shower's water: fine. Cleanliness of the room: fine. Air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast was fine. I enjoyed it. Carmen and Maya took excellent care of us during our breakfast. They should be commended.

There is a major construction project going on where the hotel is located, making it difficult to get to it, specially if you are driving. I learned too late about this situation. I was tempted to cancel the reservation, but it was too late to do it with out cost. I expected a larger room. It is small for two persons. The shower and restroom, is small and crowded. The extractor fan in the restroom, is annoyingly noisy. At about 10 PM somebody opened the door, but was unable to fully open it because of the safety latch. About 30 minutes later, again, somebody opened the door but was unable to open it fully because of the safety latch. My wife called reception to complain, and was promised it would not happen again. about 15 minutes later we received a phone call, probably from the night manager to apologize for the inconveniences. Next day we spoke with the morning Manager, Ms. Yeraldine. She was already up to date on the previous night's events. I questioned her about the room. It turned out we were given a regular room, and not given the Superior Double or twin room with bathrobes. She informed the rooms are the same size, but the upgraded one comes with a coffee brewer. Ms Yeraldine handled the situation properly and to our satisfaction. This experience should be a red light to the Hotel's Top Management. They should investigate and take action to improve controls to prevent situations like the ones we exprienced.

The hotel is very nice, this was our second stay there and unfortunately, this is the first time I realized we could ord

our room has been upgraded and we were on the fifth floor, which made the traffic noise less of a problem. Construction around the hotel is obtrusive.

The hotel is not within walking distance of anything interesting or easily accessed. No restaurants or items of interest. Road construction in front of the hotel makes it very difficult for Ubers or taxis to easily access place. Dust and noise are a given.

i love how friendly and helpful everyone are definitely I great experience I often travel to Querétaro MX and tried different facilities and so far NH was the best place to stay breakfast was my favorite !!!
