A/C worked well during the freezing nights we had this weekend

Location its quite izolated in an industrial suburb The Booking Quotation was Not honored at checkin

Breakfast is improved since prior visit. Coffee machine and mini-fridge appreciated. Restaurant right next door, very convenient.

Noisy, too close from highway. The bedside lamp includes an alarm clock that no one has been able to reprogram ;-(

The location was great, the bus stop was a few minutes away, the restaurant right next door, and the bank right across the street. Many food vendors near the area. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. it's definitely worth that add-on when staying at NH Hotel. There are many options to choose from and fresh made eggs to your liking scrambled, omlettes, fresh fruit, augas frescas, pan dulce, veggies, toast just about anything for a great breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was a small issue we had on the first night we arrived. We had gone to bed early as it was a long day of travel that first night, but we had been woken up by a knock on our door around 9pm by the whom I assumed was the manager and security guard because there was a noise complaint from someone that was saying we were being loud and noisy but we had been asleep since 7pm due to a long day of travel. The rest of the night, we were unable to sleep because we could hear noise from the surrounding rooms, and we were just uncomfortable after being awakened by the staff. This was the only part we didn't enjoy.
