near from antea mall

The mattress was too hard and couldn’t relax. Air conditioner was not working. On the listing said a room with a mountain view, but mine was a wall view. Breakfast was a spicy frijole that i couldn’t eat… well for Mexicans could not be spicy but a hotel must be for international peoples. they should think on it. Had a very bad experience for that price. I definitely don’t go back there.

The room was very clean.

The biggest thing was the fact that there was room service, no place within walking distance to eat. The description in the booking.com said there was at least room service, so when we got there we had nothing to eat and no where to go to get anything to eat. Also they do not offer hand towels so we had to use a full body towel to dry off our hands when washing them at the sink. Last but no least the location is very difficult to get back onto the highway going the opposite direction.

Clean safe and comfortable

My dad forgot to put on his mask. The lady at reception yelled at him to get out really loud. We understand, how ever think that was not the best way to go about it. Let's not forget no one is perfect and the ethic behind professionalism in a work place. My dad had the mask in his pocket he hurried to the door apologizing and pulling it out of his sweatshirt pocket to put it on. He had been driving 24 hrs. And arrived tired and stressed with my two dogs. We had previously stayed here. My whole family and I and therefore chose it again because it was comfortable and safe. Just need to work on customer service etiquette. Thank you.

La cama súper cómoda, almohadas, cobertor, etc., silencioso, agua súper calientita...todo nos brindó un descanso reparador

Sólo una sugerencia, el baño no tiene tapete para salir de la regadera y no dejan toalla extra para que haga la función, así que resulta peligroso porque el piso es resbaladizo mojado (resbalé dos veces)

1.El baño estaba sucio cuando entré a la habitación por primera vez. 2.Al siguiente día en la mañana el olor a comida de la cocina inunda en cuarto. 3. Al preguntar si había servicio de comida en la noche indican que no y en su página aparece que hsy cafetería y definitivamente una maquina expendedora no es un cafetería. 4. Tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente. 5.La cama es muy endeble. 6. El personal de limpieza no hace bien su trabajo no limpian a profundidad las recamaras.

La cama está un poco dura y una cafetera estaría bien para no tener que salir ya que no tienen cafeteria.
