Place and location are great but if you need internet connectivity this is not the place to stay.

Location and the building was impressive from our initial perception.

Two elements were really bad, the first and most relevant is the lack of reliable internet service, there are two networks, the first does have coverage with NO internet access so is useless. After reporting the issue, we were instructed to use another network, the guest one which has only access at the living room with a very weak signal, this network does not cover the rooms. The second element very disappointing was the laundry service, machines are not working so we were unable to dry our cloths, for a long stay this element is critical.

Great value. Just come prepared.

Location, cleanliness and price all great. Very secure. 24 hour guard who was very thorough whenever we came into property.

We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 guests over a 6 night stay. Per person we had: 1 towel, 1 pillows, 1 thin duvet. No shampoo, conditioner, etc. no napkins, no paper towels, no dish soap, no blow dryer. No essentials. Zero. Wi-Fi would only work in lobby.

Nice views and facilities

The sofa was stained, looks like someone barfed on it and cleaned it after a few days. Only 1 dirty cup for coffee (it has petrified sugar at the bottom) and 1 glass. The bedrooms were tiny. You’d barely walk or open the closets around the small beds. Bathrooms are so tiny that there was no space for a trash can.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The gym was nice as well. The Room View was amazing

The internet was not good and when we got there we were unable to use it. The staff was una unable to resolve my concern. Also there is a bar next to the building and it gets really loud at night. If you are looking for rest, I recommend you stay on the side facing the pool to avoid the noise

They were very quick in repairing the food processor that broke down and cleaning the mess it made and in bringing the 2 bath towels that were missing upon our arrival

The pool was closed even though the state wasn't in red anymore. And 2 wine glasses were missing in the apartment and they didn't have any to replace them for us.

La alberca está un poco sucia, los baños no tienen ventilación y se acumulan los olores, detalles de limpieza en baños y cocina, el filtro de la cafetera estaba sucio, la cocina bien equipada pero no tenía vasos, tuve que solicitarlos directamente en recepción

El aire no se apagaba pedí ayuda y no me la brindaron , pedí cobijas y que no estaba el personal x la fecha no había personal de mantenimiento y pues hay el día siguiente así me respondió lo Cual se sentía el aire pedí cobijas y no había de verdad no me solucionaron bien el problema lo cual no me Gustó y no hay cable de canales ósea no regreso

El gimnasio está muy lindo, la ubicación es buena, la atención de Eruviel muy buena

No servía el aire acodiciado de una de las recámaras, tuve que pedir una secadora de cabello y una plancha, tuve que pedir un trapo de cocina y una jerga, entra mucho ruido de la calle y entra mucho el aire y se escucha mucho en el departamento. Las toallas ya se ven viejas, no hay agua ni sobres de café ( como detalle para la estancia) como en cualquier hotel o Airbnb. No hay donde colgar las toallas ( deberían de poner algún cordón para colgar en el área de servicio (cuarto ). El área de spa está muy padre solo que no sirve el vapor.

El lugar en general es hermoso, la atención del personal fue maravillosa y tiene mucho potencial.

Nos bañamos con agua fría y jamás pensé pasar por eso en un lugar como ese, la alberca no se si fue porque fui en noviembre pero nos dejo mucho que desear mi esposo se quedo con ganas de un chapuzon pero estaba muy muy sucia y no se veía prudente meterse asi.

Opinión negativa del lugar, falta mucho que hacer!

Es un depa “cómodo”

Hay infestación de bichos y dicen que es normal, que es la temporada y que no pueden hacer nada más que esperar a que acabe. Cabe mencionar que había más de 20 bichos entre muertos y vivos x todo el depto. Cuando llegue, la limpieza del lugar fue horrible. Había demasiados cabellos de mujer en las regaderas y las toallas de mala calidad y sucias, lo reporte y fueron hacer la limpieza cosa que agradezco pero como primera impresión dejan mucho que desear. El complejo se encuentra a espaldas de un antro llamado “Despecho” y todo el ruido se escucha del lugar, cero recomendable para descansar.
