It was just OK, like a basic amenities hotel.

The room was a standard room.. nothing specfic was great. It was normal, clean room.

The bathroom did not have basic amenities - like - there was no shower cap, no dental kit, no other small kits like cotton, ear bud, etc... it did no had the foot mat, other than the towels. Only thing the bathroom had was towels, tissue paper, toilet soap and bathing liquids. Very basic, not matching Marriot's standards. The bathroom door was not closing properly too, without being able to be locked from inside.

...worst stay ever at a Marriott property.

The food and restaurant staff were exceptional...

I requested early check-in on Saturday and was willing to pay prior to 3 pm... waited until 4:30pm. The room had towels for one person! Was given a handicap room as it was the only available "cleaned" at 4:30 pm! Extra towels arrived 9 pm and delivered by the maintenance guy as he said they had a shortage of housekeeping people! Sunday, I had to request a hairdryer... it took them over a hour and 3 calls to bring up again someone from dining brought to room! Sunday night I had to call for towels as none were left! I requested sheets and towels to be changed on Monday... well I left at 11am and returned at 9 pm to find the room had not been cleaned or attended too! I spoke to the front desk, they apologized, but their solution was to move us to another room with 2 double beds... that was not acceptable! They never offered to send someone up to change sheets and make up our room! Terrible service. I asked to speak with the manager on Tuesday at check out... he was too busy to speak with me! The single worst stay at a Marriott property ever!

Our stay was ok at the best, when you pay the price that you do for this hotel you’d expect something better kept.

Very friendly staff and quite accommodating. Food from the restaurant was good.

The whole property unfortunately needs a major renovation. Everything is quite old. The refrigerator in two rooms that we checked wasn’t working (we had yoghurts that went off because it was so hot in there). The ventilation air conditioner was quite old and the room remained quite warm our entire stay.
