A great place to stay

The hotel is deceptively large with very nice rooms on two levels. spa facilities off the main reception. There is valet parking so call ahead and ensure they waiting for you as it’s a busy street. Shower hot and strong, and all facilities good.

Super central boutique hotel in Queretaro

Very comfortable super central hotel on 5 de Mayo of Queretaro. Surprisingly quiet even though a nightclub is next door. Friendly staff, nice small garden and a very comfortable bed

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal y limpieza impecable felicitaciones.

El desayuno americano excelente sugiero lo hagan más completo y variado para que valga la pena la estancia.

No había jabón para el cuerpo, secadora y plancha checar esos detalles, además no pude conocer el spa estaba cerrado solo era por cita me hubiese gustado verlos personalmente y me animarán a tomar un tratamiento, hace falta nos sugieran mejores lugares para comer aledaños al hotel la mayoría muy mal servicio y alimentos caros sin sabor donde pudimos ver sobre todo en esta temporada decembrinas dificilmente pudimos encontrar un lugar agradable solo casí enfrente del hotel una plaza donde hay 3 restaurantes de comida oriental muy buen lugar, excelente servicio y precios justos.

La ubicación excelente, no me dijeron que había masajes y soy fan de los spas y me enteré ya le que iba, creo deberían poner información en las habitaciones.

Decepcionante

Lo único positivo del hotel es su personal; pero las instalaciones son malas, es ruidoso, tiene un antro que toca rock metálico hasta la una o dos de la mañana, y hay ruido de tuberías y algún motor o regulador todo el tiempo, toda la noche; imposible dormir.

Buena ubicación, amenidades, atención y limpieza

La habitación que da con la entrada de la puerta (gratitud) se filtra tanto el ruido de la recepción y de la música de los bares como el olor a cigarrillo del exterior.. Las ventanas son herméticas por lo tanto no podras respirar aire fresco. Para eso puedes utilizar el pequeño jardín posterior. Lo que no tiene explicación ni lógica alguna para un hotel de esta categoría es el funesto desayuno ya que consiste en zucaritas kellog's, dos opciones de fruta y un pan Bimbo viejo. Nada de esto absolutamente sano. A excepción de la fruta.
